Great value, nice home with all the amenities
Close to tourist attractions. Can take a beautiful walk along a nearby canal into Chester, or go for a run or bike ride
Parking was easy to use, convenient to close by shopping and restaurants

Brilliant place to explore Chester and north Wales. House had everything we needed :) Julie thought of everything and ensured we had a great stay. Highly recommend.
Good position easy access to Chester town centre and also Cheshire Oaks. Supermarkets and pubs in easy reach.
House was very comfortable and clean - the close did look rather run down - nothing the owner could do about this. Overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Not within reasonable walking distance to Chester City Centre.

The house is 900 metres from Chester city center ie less than a kilometer The distance is documented in the house sale agreement. It takes 15 minutes (20 if you decide to saunter). 'Reasonable' is a relative term, but I think most people would agree that 900 meters is a reasonable distance and to be 15 /20 minutes walk from a city center and to have a free off-street parking space within that distance is not bad. I know you are an elderly couple so I can well understand after a certain age any distance seems unreasonable, but that is personal and not objective. Had you asked if the distance was doable for an elderly couple, I would have advised you to take the bus.
The house had everything needed for a weeks stay. Close to walk and drive to Chester activities.and beyond, into Wales. Comfortable accommodation, supermarket a short walk away, a nice conservatory for meals.
Just a pity the neighbours/council don’t remove weeds from the kerb, giving the street a little run down effect.
We would definitely stay again.

Thank you. Yes I agree about the council. It's the same story all across England, they no longer maintain the curbs, in some places people complain that there are trees starting to grow out of the pavements. I suppose it's up to the residents to do it. Unfortunately, a lot of residents are Iin their 80s so too old for the job, others are working all day and people like myself don't live here. Thank you very much for chipping in and trying to make a difference. You did a great job. All the best.
The house was a in a great location with plenty of parking so we could ditch our cars for the weekend. It was clean and cosy with comfy beds.
We loved the city and found a gorgeous Lebanese restaurant. Had a lovely walk along the city walls. Would love to come back and explore more.
The only thing that let the property down was the mismatched crockery, many of which were chipped. This could be put right very cheaply with a matching dinner service and mugs.
Apart from that all was excellent.
Julie’s place is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed - we particularly enjoyed the room addition in the garden, a lovely place to relax over tea or a meal. The house is situated both close to historic downtown Chester and convenient to major roadways for those wishing to explore Chester and Northern Wales. A pub and an Aldi market are mere steps away, adding to the convenience and making it easy to stop on the way back from a day of exploring.
Julie communicates clearly and is responsive. When there was a minor issue with an appliance, as happens with appliances, she dealt with it immediately making it possible for us to enjoy the last full day of vacation without worry.
Secure off-Street parking is also a plus.
If we’re fortunate to be in Chester again, we would definitely return.
Everything was just right. We enjoy walking, so our days at Chester were superb. The small house was ideal for, had everything we could want and very comfortable too. Easy to leave the car and access everything on foot. Certainly recommend this, thank you

The 4th bed is on wheels and can be easily pushed to the centre of the bedroom so the sloping roof doesn't in any way hinder getting in and out of the bed.
