Casa Imma A is a welcoming apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Casa Imma A you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Casa Imma A is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features two shared terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Ogliastro Cilento, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles).
Casa Imma A is located on the first floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up two flights of stairs (approximately 22 steps).
To stay at Casa Imma A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Terrace 1
The first terrace is on the top floor. It is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea at a distance. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. The parking space is suitable for one car.
 Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table is a wall mounted table, and can accommodate two guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). The kitchen has a window. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The furnishings include a divan bed with a trundle bed to sleep two guests. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it through a corridor.
