Historic heart apartment

Cosy apartment in Lisbon centre. This apartment duplex was renovated keeping its the original look. It is fully equipped, with wifi, air conditioning, international tv, etc. It is situated beside nice parks with lots of restaurants and cafes around. Away from the touristic crowd but within walking distance to all major touristic (or not) attractions. The supermarket is across the road, as well as the pharmacy. There is a lot of buses aswell going by and there is 3 metro station 10 minutes walk away. Avenida (Avenida da Liberdade), Martim de Moniz and Intendente.

Lovely stay at Lisbon

This place was perfect for our needs, quiet, cozy, and in a great location. We had four adults and we fit comfortably although we didn’t spend much time inside the apartment. The owner was very accommodating, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon!

great location

The property was located in a very good area, walking distance from city centre. Owner was nice and available for the check in and to help if needed. The house Was clean and comfortable except we did not find any toiletries ( shampoo and soap / bodywash) and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall we had a good experience and I recommend this property for smaller families of 2 or max 3 people.

Lisbon 4 days

A little glitch with finding the property as we were only given the street name initially. However, Simone answered our call immediately and gave us the full address. Location was fantastic for what we wanted to do and see. Nearby cafe and grocery store was handy for breakfast and evening snacks. Greatly appreciated the air conditioning as there was a heat wave during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

charmant, bien situé mais besoin amélioration

Appartement style ancien, bien décoré. Charmant et très propre. Bien situé dans un coin moins touristique. A proximité d'une épicerie et de petits restaurants. Situé en haut d'un petit dépanneur. A distance de marche de lieux principaux avec des moyens de transports accessibles. Nous avons fait une arrivée autonome avec des instructions claires. Cahier avec informations est laissé par l'hôte. Nous n'avions pas de couverture dans les lits, ça été adressé à l'hôte qui a répondu plusieurs heures après le message, mais a offert de venir nous en porter. Un matelas est pas mal dû pour être remplacé, le commentaire a été fait à l'hôte. Le divan au salon n'est pas récent et n'est pas confortable. Le grille-pain fonctionne mais après plusieurs tentatives. La douche est surélevée, comme à la hauteur d'un bain, ce qui pourrait être un obstacle pour certaines personnes. A l'étage les marches d'escalier sont proches de la porte de la chambre donc à tenir compte pour les enfants par exemple. Appartement au 2e étage, marches étroites pour y accéder. Il n'y a pas ascenseur. Stationnement payant en face mais place limitée. Je recommande l'appartement surtout si les améliorations sont effectuées.

Appartamento comodo per famiglia , noi eravamo in quattro, ben attrezzato comodo ai servizi pubblici, autobus e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, volendo si raggiunge a piedi il pieno centro in 20 minuti,il supermercato è sotto casa , consigliato , la proprietaria è anche simpatica e disponibile , buon viaggio e poi Lisbona è proprio una bella città
