This strikingly modern 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is located in a fantastic area within Marbella. It has a wonderful roof top terrace with stunning views and is furnished with outdoor seating, so it's a perfect place to sit and chill out. There is also a large stone BBQ, making it a perfect space for those al fresco dining moments.

The penthouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is an en-suite, which features both a shower and bath, whilst the family bathroom contains a shower only. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and all mod cons. The living space is open plan, with a dining table and chairs for six guests, and a lounging areaequipped with a Smart TV. The apartment includes high speed fiber optic broadband amd WIFI. All central rooms benefit from air conditioning and heating. The living space and the master bedroom lead out onto the terrace, to which it offers splendid views of the communal gardens, swimming pool and a stunning view towards the mountain La Concha.

The penthouse is a five minute drive to Puerto Banus, with all of its designer shops, restaurants and great cafes to relax in. It is also a ten minute drive away to Marbella's Old Town. From this apartment the Plaza de los Naranjos is 7km away, while Teatro Ciudad de Marbella is 8km away. For those without a car, the Marbella bus station is 6km away. The nearest airport to the apartment is Malaga Airport, 46km away.

The apartment is in the gated community of Los Dragos, offering a year-round outdoor swimming pool with plenty of relaxing sun loungers, a private tennis court, and mature, beautiful communal gardens. Regarding parking, there is a multitude of parking locations. There is private, secure parking onsite. Additionally, outside the complex you have the option of on street parking and there is a covered carport area.
