Located in the center of the village of Grândola, the Villa's house is a short distance from the city of Lisbon (1 hour) and 15/30 minutes from the beautiful beaches that make up the extensive sand of 45 km from the coast of Grândola. Here are the well-known beaches of Comporta, Carvalhal, Pego, Troia, Aberta Nova, Melides.
Inserted in a quiet residential area, it has a large area, with a light and bright decoration, ideal to enjoy a unique holiday with family and friends.
The villa consists of three bedrooms (all with air conditioning), one suite, 2 toilets, 2 living rooms (one with sofa bed for 2 people), fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Outside, you can enjoy a leisure area with swimming pool, ideal to enjoy the sun and warm Alentejo. There is also a barbecue available for grilling. All the interior and exterior space has free wi-fi.
In the neighborhood there is a bakery / cafeteria about 150 meters away and pharmacy. Lidl and Mainland shopping areas are a 2-minute drive away. Nearby you have a wide range of good restaurants to choose from.

Excellent accomodation; very well equipped for a short or extended stay. The house was immaculately presented and very welcoming. Parking right outside. Air conditioning (which was needed) and WiFi. Great restaurant, Tosca, literally 100m down the road. Easy access to several beautiful beaches. We had a great stay.

Communication with Eduardo was excellent. Arrangements for cleaning the pool were straightforward. Cleaning of the house was offered, we only requested extra towels and extra bed linen, which were provided on arrival. The self check-in via key box was very convenient.The house is in a residential area, well equipped, modern and clean. Some wear was noticeable (a broken cutlery basket and a damashed trash bin).It has air conditioning, a dishwasher, washing machine, electronic outside blenders, plenty of cleaning supplies and most kitchen essentials. A few more pots would have been nice. Grocery stores are a short drive away, and about 15-minute walk.The photos give a good overall impression, but the true layout is best appreciated in person: entering through the living room with a small bathroom leads to the kitchen and terrace. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs, plus a small room with a couch and TV on the top floor. The living room was perfectly adequate for us as a couple. Unfortunately, the constant noise from barking dogs day and night and construction during weekdays affected our ability to relax and having a good night sleep most days. Instead of enjoying the sun and pool, we often left the house during noisy morning hours. The terrace was only peaceful to use on weekends when there were no constructions works, and the sun was gone by 5 pm.Despite these issues, the price-quality ratio was good, and the overall condition of the house was pleasant.

La descripción y las fotos de la casa no se corresponden en absoluto con la realidad,ésta es mucho mejor que lo que vemos en las fotos. La casa está ubicada en un tranquilo entorno residencial,por lo que es muy tranquila tanto de día como se noche. A su vez,está a 3 minutos en coche del Continente,Simaho y Aldisin perjuicio de ptras pequeñas tiendas de barrio.Todas las habitaciones (en especial la habitación en suite) tienen aire acondicionado,armarios empotrados,una pequeña terraza y están decoradas con mucho gusto,sábanas y colchón de muy buena calidad.Salón grande muy confortable y con TV también bueno.La cocina comedor que se abre al patio muy espaciosa y con todos los utensilios necesarios.Otra mención especial merece la terraza con BBQ, yvuna pequeña pero agradecida piscina.En general absolutamente todo de 10,incluida la facilidad para elcheck in,la comunicación con el dueño y el detalle de una gran cesta con fruta fresca.

Schönes, sauberes Haus. Toller Pool. Super leichter Check-in. Leider bellten die Hunde des Nachbarns jedesmal, wenn jemand vorbeiging. Restaurants und Geschäfte waren leider nicht in der Nähe. Trotzdem empfehle ich diese Unterkunft für Selbstversorger weiter, die ein Auto besitzen.
