Kantara House is a contemporary and very comfortable and cosy retreat for all seasons. This fully furnished home has a character of its own and lovingly restored by its proud owners. The house is the epitome of comfort, class, attention to detail, and contemporary elegance – providing a luxurious space for your next retreat. You can rent Kantara House for a minimum of 2 days stay and it can sleep up to 6 people. Take your time to rest, relax, rewind and recharge.

The house is bursting with first-class amenities that guarantee an unforgettable stay, with a carefully hand-selected collection of the finest furniture and décor money can buy.

Kantara House makes your holiday a memorable experience, with complete house service options and a fully equipped kitchen. An outdoor jacuzzi mini pool is available to make your stay giving a luxury style.

The house features two stylish and comfortable bedrooms that are just as functional as they are beautiful (17 m2 & 14 m2), The home’s additional third bedroom features a dynamic double bunkbed (4.5 m2).

COOK
Make delicious memories in Kantara House’s captivating kitchen (17 m2), fully equipped with a spacious fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, and microwave.



WINE & DINE
Sit back and relax in the home’s combined dining and living area (45 m2), peppered with contemporary furniture and a large wooden table. Seat up to 10 people and enjoy the comforting flames of the fire, the grandeur of a flat-screen TV, and the majestic sounds emanating from the SONOS® music centre. To keep our guests entertained at the cottage there is also an APPLE TV® Box for pay film selections and NETFLIX® with a diverse selection of films and documentaries.

Upon prior arrangement, we can provide cheese, fruit, delicatessen trays, and a delectable wine list from our private underground wine cellar – all for a nominal additional cost.

FRESH AIR
The living and kitchen areas open onto an inner courtyard (45 m2), featuring a genuine Jacuzzi spa for up to 3 people. The inner courtyard and upper-floor veranda (28 m2) are protected with tents during the hot summer months.

THE HOUSE

OUTDOOR AREAS
Surrounded by vast land and incredible agriculture the Kantara House assures breathtaking scenery, peace and absolute relaxation.

Just by entering Kantara House you will immediately feel transported to another era, with the gorgeous archways and stonework.

It’s magnificent “archontiki” (Greek word for mansion) wooden door opens to an inner courtyard filled with the Mediterranean sunlight and the smell of the countryside. The courtyard is covered with a stylish airy sail in the hot summer months.

There is another veranda on the upper floor and both are covered with airy sails in the hot summer days. You can also find outdoor furniture so you can sit, relax and unwind.

On the other hand, if you are looking for an extra dose of richness you can take a hot tub spa in the Jacuzzi ® which will make you feel extra special in minutes.

MAIN AREAS
The spacious living and dining room area is where you will want to spend your time at, especially on those cold winter nights. A perfect combination of old and new in a stylish elegant way. The fine décor and careful selection of crafted furniture make a cosy character and all-season retreat. The fireplace will offer you an instant potentially dreamy escape, making you want to snuggle up in a blanket right next to it. Add the flat-screen TV, APPLE TV® Box for pay film selections, NETFLIX® with a diverse selection of films and documentaries and SONOS® music centre and you will never want to leave the house.

The 10 seater wooden dining table is ready to let everyone enjoy delicious meals and togetherness.

The Kantara House provides for all your needs. With a fully functioning kitchen you can even grocery shop at the village with local products and make your own food. The kitchen benefits from all modern appliances you’d expect at home such as fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, washing machine, microwave, cutlery, and more, everything a guest might need.


THE BEDROOMS
The Kantara House can accommodate comfortably six people in its three bedrooms, two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor.

All rooms are fully equipped to satisfy all your needs. Our main goal is for you to be able to chill and sleep in the countryside escaping from the stress of the city life.

There are two bedrooms on the upper floor with a large bathroom. The master bedroom of 17 m2 contains a king size bed and the cozy second room of 14 m2 two singles that can be converted into a double.

The small room downstairs of 4.5 m2 has a double bunkbed with an extra WC and shower.

WINE CELLAR
Arsos village is part of the Wine villages (Krasochoria) of Limassol District. For the history KANTARA HOUSE is a restored zivania (local alcoholic drink) storage house. So this house had to have its own small private underground wine cellar. With prior arrangement we can provide cheese, fruit and delicatessen trays you are sure to enjoy, at an extra cost. Our beautifully presented culinary trays are accompanied by wine selection list from our traditional cellar. When visiting this luxury holiday house you must make a point of experiencing our fine local wines and platters.
