Enjoy our beach front Cypress Grove townhouse at Pajaro Dunes - a three story property boasting 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Our home is Professional managed - Professionally Sanitized with On Site care. This townhouse is spacious with full ocean views and comfortable amenities throughout the home. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and private decks.

On the top level, enjoy views from comfortable & ample seating in the ocean side living room and patio. Large updated kitchen with both an ocean side and valley side outdoor deck. Enjoy a full size barbecue for grilling! Experience a cozy ambiance with a decorative electric fireplace.

On the second level, the middle floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms - both rooms have King size beds. Relax in bed with ocean & coastal valley side views.

On the bottom level, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A guest bedroom with Two Twin beds and another guest bedroom with a Queen size bed, Two Twin beds, and a small futon for kids.

Cypress Grove is a beautiful area of Pajaro Dunes, just steps away from the beach access. Our private gated community contains several walking paths with coastal views, a recreation room, nearby tennis courts, sand pit volley ball court, bocce ball & horse shoe pit. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters.
After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Shoes in the home.No Pets Allowed $250 Per Day if pet found.No Smoking on Patio Decks. $250 fine.Allowed in designated areas.Quiet Time 10pm - 8am.
Guest list required for visiting guests. Put any used towels in washing machine, but do not start the cycle. Return furniture to original position.

This unit had a beautiful view of the ocean, especially since it's an end unit. It was very clean and the furnishings were in great shape. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us adults.

Great location, view & plenty of space!

We loved the location and the condo was very much what was represented on the VRBO website. Space was clean, nice to each have our own bathrooms. Great kitchen, living room had a wonderful view - especially because it was a corner unit. Memorable vacation. Would definitely return.

Great Location

The condo had spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom. The upstairs common area had fantastic ocean views. The kitchen was appropriately equipped. These features contributed to our wonderful weekend.

Great views, awesome sunsets

This was a very comfortable place to vacation, the kitchen is equipped with everything! One drawback that might hinder some people is that 2 bedrooms are one level down, and the other 2 bedrooms are 2 levels down. Also, the exit directions were not clear as to what to do with the linens,which is certainly not a deal breaker.

Annual Family Trip

Lok the place except for the stairs to lower level. Also, we have stayed here before and one of the mattresses in the lower levels is shot, something I told them owner 5 years ago and was told he wouldn't do anything. I just assumed it would be taken care of since that time, but it wasn't. I will not return until I am assured it has been replaced.

Monterey Bay Family Get Together

Our check-in and first night was made easier by a local pizza delivery. First day was spent at the Aquarium. Which we all loved. One thing that I would strongly urge management to include in their description of going south to and from Downtown Monterey and the Aquarium at any time the sun is up on any day of the week, is that the only two lane road to and from will add at least 2 hours, round trip, to the day because of traffic. The remainder of our time was spent at the beach where we had a blast and were visited by a lone otter as well as a pod of dolphins.

Oceanfront and endless beach

The well stocked kitchen was accurate. Brought some 'things' from home, but there was everything we needed - even a shrimp boil pot. The space was very comfortable for six adults. Our bed was fine, but the other couples thought they were too soft. We were on the end and it was quiet and the view of the ocean was unobstructed. Great location and great set-up.
