They say first impressions are important, and as you step foot inside this apartment you will instantly feel your worries drift away as you look out to the ocean.

The open plan layout of the apartment makes it fantastic to entertain and kick back all together. The fully equipped kitchen gives tremendous possibility should you wish to rustle up a home cooked meal after a day on the beach or rest assured, a fish and chip shop won’t be far away if you don’t fancy cooking.

With a balcony off the bedroom and living area, you can enjoy the fresh sea air blowing through the apartment on a hot summer’s day, and perhaps even more appealing, a chilled glass of wine sat outside as you watch the sunset over the horizon.

Fistral Beach itself is considered one of the best surfing beaches in the UK, the perfect playground for surfers and suitable for those who are keen to learn with surf schools and plenty of equipment to hire so there is no excuse not to get in the water! For a day off the sand, you are less than a couple of miles from Newquay town centre which is dotted with local surf shops and boutiques as well as charming cafés and many bars and entertainment should you fancy a livelier evening.

Very nice location overlooking Fistral beach.

Very nice location overlooking Fistral beach. A clean and well equipped flat, with the edition of a one vehicle reserved parking space. An absolute must due to its popular location with surfers. Short walk to the beach down several flights of stairs, or slightly longer walk to a sandy decent through the dunes. You can also drive five minutes to a carpark ( pay and display) near the Fistral Beach Bar and a Rick Stein's chip shop.

Bathroom needs updating. Loo seat very fragile and moves. Needs new modern tiles, shower cubical and head, sink needs replacing. Extraction fan is useless. All the rest of the accommodation is good.

The owners of this property have recently updated it and they have thought of everything for a one bedroom property. Plenty of storage for luggage etc. A parking space is a bonus and the view from the lounge and small patio area is to die for. Our small dog also enjoyed the view and patio area. We have been to Newquay several times over the years and stayed in other apartments but the view over Fistral beach and headland is wonderful. A bottle of wine and other treats was also very welcome. Look forward to a return visit.
