Great place to enjoy the beach

In overall our stay in the unit was great, plenty of space, lovely view and comfort from the balcony, and the unit is equipped with every kind of stuff to have a good time on the beach. The only thing missing was a couple of chairs to carry to the beach, but other than that it was a great experience for me and my family.

Destin Towers

Overall the stay was nice,but I would not recommend this property. Upon checking in we found several half empty water bottles left on furniture. When we opened the Murphy bed, we found soiled sheets balled up. We also found that we had a coffee maker,but there was no coffe pot to use in it. Since it was after hours, we called the after hours contact number, and we’re told to check the dishwasher for the coffee pot, which we had done, and to call the office the next day. We had to call twice before anyone brought a new coffee maker and a new set of sheets. The condo location was great, right on the beach, but the beach front is taken over every morning by the teams that set up umbrellas and chairs that are rented out. They are set up in a tight line right up next to the water. There is barely any room to get between them to get to the water. There was one section set up in a horseshoe shape with an empty area in front of them. We tried to set up our own chairs and umbrella in the horseshoe area and we’re promptly told that we could not set up there even though the rules said you could set up anywhere on the beach, only restriction was that you could not set up tents unless it was behind the line of chairs. We saw several other people treated the same way. The only restriction that was interested in the check in email was that tents were not allowed on the beach. I would not stay at one of these properties again. For the price that I paid, I would think that I shouldn’t be hassled to rent chairs and umbrellas for an exorbitant rate.

Beautiful, well maintained, roomy condo steps from the beach. We liked the smaller sized secured complex with assigned covered parking. Checkin was a breeze.

The condo was such a spacious and beautiful location for my family , the view to the beach was also very beautiful , we were able to reach the property manager to enter the condo so the property manager was very quick on answering messages
