Two bright floors, wooden floor, large living room, garage, two bathrooms and comfortable kitchen with dishwasher, microwave ... Four rooms. Excellent location 5 min. from the center walking and 10min. from the beach by car. Residential area with all amenities and services, supermarkets, greengrocers, hairdressers, cafes, bars, pharmacy, pizzerias ....
