CALA NOSTRA -PUIG-attached house with sea view and pool-Tamariu
These **attached villas are located in the estate of Aigua Gelida, 400 meters from the little bay of Aigua Gelida and 2 Km from the beach of Tamariu**.
Private development in a quiet and pleasant location, with **a large share area which consists of three swimming pools, three floodlit tennis courts, a playground and a large garden shaded by pine trees**.
The house has two levels. On the ground level there is a well-equipped (refurbished) kitchen, large living - dining area with fireplace and access to a fantastic terrace and garden overlooking the sea. On this level there is also a toilet.
On the first level there are three double bedrooms, one in suite. And one bathroom. Wifi in the pool area.
**Capacity 6 people**.
**There is an extra 80€ charge for short stays of between three and six nights. This additional cost is not included in the rental price**.
