Villa Chloe is located in the quiet Marche countryside, has a large private swimming pool, can accommodate up to 10 people in four rooms, has a large 5000sqm park surrounding the entire property, WiFi connection, barbecue and wood-burning oven.
The Villa Chloe stands on a renovated 15th-century convent.
On the ground floor you will find the entrance to the house, with a wonderful living room furnished with fine furniture, a dining room with table and chairs for all the guests of the house, sofas (which can also be turned into a sofa bed) and a kitchen of fully equipped disign. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with toilets.
On the first floor there are the four rooms so divided:
Bedroom 1, Double with En suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2, Double with En suite Bathroom
Bedroom 3, Double
Room 4, Twin Beds
(Bedroom 3 and 4 share a large shared bathroom)
An outdoor dining area and views of the surrounding countryside are available. Inside you will find a large living room with fireplace.
Our Villa is about 4 km from the beaches of Porto Potenza, where you will also find the Porto Potenza Picena train station. The nearest airport is Ancona-Falconara, 47 km away.
