Villa Chloe is located in the quiet Marche countryside, has a large private swimming pool, can accommodate up to 10 people in four rooms, has a large 5000sqm park surrounding the entire property, WiFi connection, barbecue and wood-burning oven.

The Villa Chloe stands on a renovated 15th-century convent.
On the ground floor you will find the entrance to the house, with a wonderful living room furnished with fine furniture, a dining room with table and chairs for all the guests of the house, sofas (which can also be turned into a sofa bed) and a kitchen of fully equipped disign. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with toilets.
On the first floor there are the four rooms so divided:
Bedroom 1, Double with En suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2, Double with En suite Bathroom
Bedroom 3, Double
Room 4, Twin Beds
(Bedroom 3 and 4 share a large shared bathroom)
An outdoor dining area and views of the surrounding countryside are available. Inside you will find a large living room with fireplace.

Our Villa is about 4 km from the beaches of Porto Potenza, where you will also find the Porto Potenza Picena train station. The nearest airport is Ancona-Falconara, 47 km away.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus und das gesamte Grundstück sind sehr stimmungsvoll und gepflegt, der Poolbereich ein Traum. Kleine Probleme wurden umgehend beseitigt. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist die im Süden direkt am Grundstück verlaufende Straße, die vor allem nachts stört.

Wunderbare Lage in und mit Blick auf die Weinberge, wundervolles und liebevoll gestaltetes Grundstück, ein historischer Fleck Erde und Haus darauf, das durch seine schiere Existenz und die makellos passende und exklusive Einrichtung ein Feriendomizil von Weltrang darstellt. Es mangelt an nichts, hier besteht alles auf höchstem Niveau
