This stylish, modern home is part of a two-family house and offers you everything you need for a successful holiday in Italy. The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a light-flooded living room, an open-plan kitchen and a dining area that is ideal for shared meals. On the first floor, you have direct access to a spacious terrace.



The spacious garden with old olive trees and a colourful play area for children invites you to linger. Relax on one of the loungers by the pool, which is equipped with a hydromassage corner and a counter-current system. Enjoy pure wellness in the relaxation area with whirlpool, sauna and hammam. For culinary highlights, there is a barbecue area where you can enjoy cosy al fresco dining.



Civitanova Marche offers many possibilities with its beach promenade, nightclubs and shops. Explore the Riviera del Conero with its picturesque beaches or visit the Frasassi caves. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy sailing, golf or horse riding in the surrounding area.
