The apartment is suitable for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms containing 2 double beds and 2 single beds (convertible into a double bed!). 2 large bathrooms, one with a bathtub, large kitchen, double living room, frescoed dining room, a study area: all overlooking a bright terrace. Every corner of this accommodation seems to tell the story and culture of the place: from its frescoed ceilings to its period furniture, to the 360-degree view from the various rooms from the sea to the sunset over the Sibillini mountains.
150 square meters of pure comfort with air conditioning and wi-fi, enriched by a monumental triple terrace.
The location is also excellent, being right in the center but also only 7 km from the beaches, with the possibility of having a covered paid parking.

What a great place! Cecilia and her team are awesome for the logistics and the property is wonderful. Great south facing terrace with a lovely table to sit and enjoy coffee or wine. Two great rooms on the main floor accessed by an elevator. One king room and one room with twin beds, plus one bathroom. Second king room and bathroom are up a steep staircase so plan accordingly. Great location just down from the main square… step walking in Fermo so wear comfy shoes.
