Schönes Haus mit großartigem Ausblick

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr entspannten ruhigen Anlage mit einem schönen privaten voll umzäunten Garten. Der Strand von Porto San Giorgio ist mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Es war alles in allem ein wundervoller Urlaub und wir haben es dort sehr genossen. Unser Hund und auch wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause und wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Great Workation!

We had a wonderful time. The internetconnection was great for working remote. The garden was great for our toddler and dog and also the playground and poolarea. When there was a question or something we needed there was immediate help from the owner. We stayed for 4 weeks and would return at any time.

We´ve enjoyed a perfect stay culminating in a wonderful holiday. After a warm welcome by the owner and a informative indroduction to the place we felt right home in this typical italian style,cozy house. Great locatiuon and the breathtaking view are beyond saying. Un emplacement idéal

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines. Tout en étant à la campagne, l'emplacement est idéal pour les plages, les restaurants, les visites de la région des Marches . L'habitation est entièrement sécurisée y compris pour les véhicules et malgré la chaleur, la brise marine et les ventilateurs mis à disposition ont largement suffit. La propriétaire est de très bon conseil concernant les restaurants et alimentation local. La piscine est tous les jours. impeccable et très agréable ; la vue est superbe.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wunderschöne gepflegte ruhige Anlage mit einem grandiosen Ausblick auf das Meer und den mittelalterlichen Ort Torre di Palme. Die Anlage ist nur für Mieter zugänglich und hat einen sehr schönen Pool und einen Spielplatz. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen großzügigen Garten zur Alleinnutzung. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem alleinstehenden Haus und ist schön geräumig. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern dort und es war an alles gedacht (Rausfallschutz, Babybett aus Holz, Hochstuhl). Die Lage ist sehr gut. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erkunden. Man ist mit dem Auto in 10 min bei sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in 5 min am (Kies)strand bzw.10-15 min an schönen Sandstränden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Very beautiful place to stay. Nice owner

We stayed 14 days in this wonderful house. We arrived Saturday evening and the owner was waiting and gave us all information which we needed. Very good is the breakfast service. The house has a breathtaking beautiful view. We had an own whirlpool in the garden. The house is very cute. Typical Italian and very beautiful. Only the mattresses could be better. We had a wonderful time and we can recommend to spent the holidays there. The big pool and the furnitures on the pool area are top. We want to come back.

Very nice and beautiful place. Very nice owner.

We arrived on a Saturday evening. The owner was waiting and was very sympathetic and nice. They give us all information which we needed. The best was the breakfast service. The house is typical Italian but it is very cute and comfortable. Only the mattresses could be a little bit more comfortable. We had an own whirlpool in the garden and the view is breathtakingly beautiful. We want to come again. The big pool and all the furnitures are top. We can recommend to spend the holidays there. Very very good lodgings 4+ stars 🌟

Mooie en rustige ligging van accommodatie op een heuvel, met fraai uitzicht op omgeving. Geweldige gastvrijheid en toewijding van eigenaar, alsof men een persoonlijk gast was ! Goede zit/ lig mogelijkheden op terras en grasveld. fantastisch zwembad!! Kamers , kitchen en badkamers waren confortabel en schoon. Goede bedden.. Waardevolle suggesties voor bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in de omgeving.

The silence, the vista, the garden, the elegance of the environment It is a charming view of the sea!!! It is a farmhouse wonderfully rebuilt and furnished with details that make you feel at home. Everything is clean. The white linens are perfect. It has corners where to sit and relax. The pool, the garden, and the park are much appreciated, especially after a day on the shore. The manager, who is very kind, is the owner. He is available, non-intrusive, generous and eager to offer the best. A delightful person and a delightful house. Thank you! It has truly been a pleasure. Fantastisch!

Das Appartement, welches wir gewählt haben, ist sehr schön, geräumig, sauber und ausgestatten mit jeglichem Komfort. Und da es eine unabhängige Anlage ist, genießt man vor allem viel Privatsphäre und somit viel Frieden und Ruhe. Der Garten ist sehr groß und wir haben einen schönen Ausblick. Es ist sehr angenehm im Garten zu frühstücken oder auch ein schönes Stück Fleisch zu grillen, versunken in den Gerüchen des Meeres und der Natur. Jeder hat seinen Platz gefunden: unsere zwei kleinen Kinder, unser jugendlicher Sohn und unser Hund, der uns überallhin folgt. Im Gemeinschaftsbereich gibt es ein wunderschönes Schwimmbecken und einen gut ausgestatteten Spielplatz um alle zu amüsieren. Am Abend konnte sich die Mama etwas ausruhen, da sehr viele Feste stattfanden, bei denen man typische Gerichte aus verschiedenen Ländern und zu einem günstigen Preis probieren konnte. Unter dem Strich waren es schöne Ferien für alle. Und wenn alle zufrieden sind können sich die Eltern ausruhen. friedger

paysage idyllique, au sommet de la colline, face à l'oliveraie et front de la mer. Les services offerts sont d'un excellent niveau. La piscine est fantastique, la pleine de jeux ideale pour les enfants,l'appartement finement meublé, tres propre,avec un panorama incroyablesur la campagne et le mer est complété par un joli jardin privé où vous pouvez profiter d'une véritable intimité. La mer se trouve a cinque minutes de voiture A Marina Palmense (dix minutes a pieds), vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin . le complexe "casal Cristiana" est surement recommandé pour ceux qui ont besoin de se détendre et se recharger jean pierre

abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana di settembre in questa Country House incredibile. che posso dire? Il posto giusto dove è possibile dimenticare i vostri problemi, rilassarsi con l’ odore della brezza marina e dei campi e dove il tempo quasi scompare e diventa più facile tornare ai reali valori originali consigliato!!!! paolo

lavorare e riposare!!!

Avevo bisogno di calma e concentrazione, lontano dallo stress cittadino, per portare a termine un progetto importante : sono rimasto 4 giorni del mese di ottobre in questa struttura, un rifugio per stare in relax , recuperare le energie e portare a termine in pace e riposato il mio progetto, per cui anche lavorando sembrava di essere in vacanza. Quando era possibile approfittavo anche del giardino. PS: il progetto ha avuto un grande successo e la casa è spaziosa, curata e pulita Consigliato a chi ha bisogno di potere lavorare con la mente libera e riposata (naturalmente fuori stagione!!!)

vacance fantastique!!!

Nous avons cherché une structure qui pourrait nous accueillir, nos enfants de 3 et 7 ans et notre chien inséparable. La chance nous a amenés au « casa vacanze Casal Cristiana » où nous avons non seulement trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin, mais beaucoup plus. Nous avons été accueillis avec gentillesse et chaleur: sur la table nous attendait un panier de pêches bio, huile EVO et dans le frigo du jus de fruits et de l'eau froide. Les propriétaires avec leurs conseils précieux sur où dîner ont rencontré notre goût et nos attentes parfaitement. L'atmosphère de temps qui y règne nous a donné un vrai séjour de repos qui nous a permis de nous détendre du stress quotidien et de vivre ensemble des moments inoubliables, même avec notre chien qui pouvait courir librement dans le jardin privé sans déranger personne!!! L'appartement est propre, confortable et bien équipé, les lits sont confortables. Je le recommande vivement !!!! PS: j'ai oublié de parler du pain chaud et des croissants tous les matins directement du boulanger !!!! Jean Marc De Wagter

Un weekend meraviglioso !! Un casale in pietra ampio e arredato con gusto, in cima ad una collina coltivata ad ulivi, circondato da bei giardini verdi e una bellissima piscina. Ma soprattutto un luogo accogliente e romantico con una strepitosa vista mare. A due passi dalla costa e dalle gite che volevamo fare Fermo e Porto San Giorgio. Comodissimo anche il centro commerciale a due minuti di macchina. Luogo perfetto per le famiglie con bambini che possono girare per il casale liberamente senza pericoli. Segnalo un particolare importante: uno di noi era celiaco e la gentile proprietaria Cristina tutte le mattine ci procurava una colazione senza glutine favolosa quanto inaspettata.....cornetti pane e pizza tutto appena sfornato da un mitico panificio gluten free di Porto San Giorgio. Una meraviglia !! Cordiali, disponibili e discreti i proprietari. Spero di tornarci presto. Consigliato Cristina Gaggi

Casa Ideale per tutta la famiglia!!

Ho cercato a lungo una casa come questa che mi permettesse di trascorrere una vacanza comoda anche con la mia bimba ed i miei genitori, che non amano salire le scale e stare in spiaggia ( e che hanno trascorso le loro giornate in giardino) . La casa è molto comoda, organizzata su un unico livello e con un ampio giardino nel quale si può godere di una privacy e di una pace unica. La cucina era dotata di tutto, così come le stanze. La piscina ed il parco giochi sono davvero belli, ben tenuti e puliti. I proprietari sono accoglienti e disponibili. Tanti sono i servizi che rendono la vacanza ancora più piacevole: il più gradito: il pane a domicilio tutti i giorni!! Consigliato!!

la casa è a di poco perfetta: pulizia, letti comodi, arredamento caldo e confortevole, cucina superattrezzata!! ci sono addirittura i calici per la degustazione del vino. Gli hosts accoglienti e disponibili. Il giardino è un angolo di paradiso, si può mangiare all'aperto con un panorama mozzafiato. la piscina ed il parco giochi sono stati la gioia dei miei figli,il ping pong mi ha fatto tornare indietro di 20 anni. ma ciò che mi ha fatto più felice è stato scoprire grazie ai proprietari una location ideale per un celiaco. Per la prima volta in vacanza ho potuto mangiare ogni mattina pane fresco, cornetti, pizza al pomeriggio ,il gelato senza glutine e senza lattosio, ed ho potuto scegliere tra diversi ristoranti o pizzeria certificate AIC. Non solo ma appena arrivata oltre ad un cesto di accoglienza , acqua fresca e succhi in frigorifero,mi hanno dato le palette di legno nuove per essere sicura della non contaminazione......incredibileeee, non credevo ai miei occhi. Da consigliare a tutti; io ci tornerò e questa volta per più settimane angela

Very quiet place, perfect for families

I would recommend for families with children, very quiet place, fenced area, very nice pool and children's play area. House fully equipped, comfortable bedrooms. Very nice sea view. To Torre di Palme 10 minutes on foot. Very nice beaches in Porto San Giorgio.
