Erholsam!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. In dem Haus sind mehrere Einheiten. Jede hat ein eigenes Gartenstück und einen Pool. Obwohl es sehr warm war und es keine Klimaanlage gibt, haben wir hervorragend geschlafen. Mittels der elektrisch zu bedienenden Dachfenster kann man super Durchzug machen. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut. Auch wenn nicht jeder Topf einen passenden Deckel hat, konnten wir alles zubereiten, was wir wollten. Nur ein Toaster hat uns gefehlt. Marco hat uns nett empfangen und uns mit Espresso, Öl und Sekt überrascht. In der Nähe sind schöne Strände und alte nette Städtchen kann man auch besichtigen. Alles wunderbar!

Alles super. Wir haben vor allem die Ruhe und die Schönheit der Region genossen. Im Pool spielen während man auf Weinberge guckt ist premium. Die Anfahrt ist ein kleinen bißchen "wild". Man sollte jedenfalls kein sehr tief gelegtes Auto haben ;) Marco ist super freundlich und man kann sich gut auf Englisch verständigen.

Wohlfühltage

Das Anwesen liegt sehr idyllisch und schenkt den Gästen einen traumhaften Blick über die umliegende Hügellandschaft. Trotz der angenehmen Ruhe hat man aber nicht das Gefühl ein Einsiedlerleben zu führen. Die Wohnung (obere Etage) ist sehr geschmack- bzw. liebevoll eingerichtet und darüber hinaus gut ausgestattet. Ein Toaster hätte unser Glück perfekt gemacht (Jammern auf hohem Niveau, ich weiß.). Die Kinder freuten sich über den kostenfreien Netflix-Zugang. Als fünfköpfige Familie haben wir es zudem sehr geschätzt, über zwei voll ausgestattete Badezimmer zu verfügen (jeweils Dusche und WC). Während unseres Aufenthalts war auch die untere Wohnung vermietet. Aufgrund der separaten Eingänge bzw. Freisitze sowie den getrennten Poolbereichen kam man sich jedoch nicht in die Quere, wenn man das nicht wollte. Das Ein-und Auschecken verlief völlig problemlos. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden. Marco ist ein äußerst sympathischer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Offida ist knappe 10 Fahrminuten entfernt. Hier findet man im Ortszentrum einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist in Grottamare (ca. 25 Minuten). Das Meer war hier sehr sauber. Man kann zwischen freien Strandabschnitten und kostenpflichtigen Strandbädern wählen. Witzigerweise fanden wir das Meer am freien Strandabschnitt am schönsten. Ausflugstipps: Ascoli Picena, Ripatransone (hat uns am besten gefallen), Torre die Palme, die Strände am Monte Conero. Sehr eindrucksvoll und in jedem Falle lohnenswert (aber etwas weit entfernt) sind außerdem die Grotten von Frassasi.

Traumurlaub in der Natur

Wir haben im Juli 2022 mit unseren drei Kindern (4 -11 Jahre) zwei wundervolle Wochen in der "Casale di Giovanna" (Wohnung Lavendel im 1. Stock) verbracht. Das Haus ist absolut ruhig und idyllisch gelegen und bietet einen einzigartigen Blick über die typische italienische Landschaft mit Olivenhainen, Weinbergen, Getreide- und Sonnenblumenfeldern. Die Wohnung Lavendel hat mit seinen zwei Schlafzimmern, dem zusätzlichen Schlafplatz auf der Galerie und zwei Bädern Platz für 6 Personen. Sie ist groß, hell, freundlich, modern und gemütlich und bietet einen tollen Blick in die Natur, so dass wir uns wie Zuhause fühlten. Die zwei Gärten, jeweils mit eigenem Pool, sind ein Traum. Es bieten sich Ausflüge in die wunderschönen kleinen mittelalterlichen Bergdörfer mit ihren urigen kleinen Gassen an, von denen aus man z.T. einen fantastischen Blick auf die Adriaküste an. Besonders gut gefielen uns Offida, Ripatransone, Cupra Alta (Marano) und Grottammare Alta. Der schöne, saubere, leicht abfallende Sandstrand von Grottammare mit seinem klaren Wasser und kostenfreien Parkplätzen ist nur 20 Autominuten entfernt und lädt zum Baden ein. Marco ist ein sehr freundlicher, herzlicher, hilfsbereiter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber! Er war immer für uns via WhatsApp oder Telefon erreichbar und hat uns mit Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung versorgt und sogar nach einer Woche neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorbeigebracht und den Pool gesäubert. Wenn wir hier in Norddeutschland nicht so weit entfernt wohnten, wären wir sicher Stammgäste in der "Casale di Giovanna"! Vielen Dank für alles, Marco! (-:

Natur und Stille

Die Tage im Casale Giovanna waren wunderbar. man hört nur die Natur: Tiere und Wetter.... kein Auto! Die obere Wohnung ist sehr toll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Der Weg hin ist ein bisschen abenteuerlich und die Rampe zum Haus rauf darf man nicht ohne Schwung nehmen :-)! Vom Haus weg kann man tolle Radtouren machen. Kann es nur empfehlen!!!

Einfach genial

Die Lage ist eine Einzellage. Wir hörten nur Grillen, Schafe samt Hunden und das Auto des Schäfers zweimal am Tag. Die Pools steh traumhaft auf einen Hangrücken und laden einfach nur zu relaxen ein. Die Wohnung ist top renoviert bzw. restauriert. elektrisch schließende Dachfenster... und verfügt über alles, was man für beinahe drei Wochen braucht (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Ofen... alles neuwertig) Terrasse und Garten sind ein Traum. man wandert mit Sonne und Mond ums Haus, oder mit dem Schatten - wie man es mag. Wir hatten einen Hund mit, es war herrlich! Marco ist absolut hilfsbereit (und dabei überhaupt nicht aufdringlich). Ein rund um sympathischer Mensch. Jederzeit wieder! p.s. dass man die Adresse beim ersten Mal vor allem mit Marcos Hilfe findet, sollte man als plus werten!

Perfect relaxing place to stay

We stayed a week and had a lovely time. The apparent was clean, cute and had everything for a relaxing week. The pool is nice to dip into if it’s too warm. Offida is such a nice place to spend your afternoons and have diner. And Marco is a great host; polite, helpful and only a text away if you need him. The only “negative” is that the internet is not that great...but hey...I read three books in a week so I’m not complaining!

nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette magnifique maison où tout est fidèle à la description de marco. Les lits sont faits à notre arrivée, une surprise gourmande nous attend dans le frigo. Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs qui ont emplement rempli leur role. Marco s'avère être un homme charmant, disponible, très gentil et professionnel, soucieux de notre bien-être et très chaleureux. Nous avons un chien : 1 liste de plages les acceptant est préparée à notre attention. La maison est superbe, décorée avec gout et simplicité. On s'y sent merveilleusement bien. Le terrain avec la piscine est impressionnant par sa taille et sa disposition au milieu des champs. Les 2 seuls petits hics seraient le fait que : 1/ le terrain global est divisé que par des grosses pierres ou petites haies (assez symbolique) et qu'avec des animaux c'est un peu compliqué de faire en sorte qu'il n'aille pas sur le terrain du voisin. 2/ le chemin menant à la maison est un chemin de pierre et cailloux en montée . Atention aux pneus !! Au delà de cela, c'est une région superbe qui mérite qu'on s'y arrete et la maison est tres bien située. Nous avons profité et nous nous sommes régalés des arbres fruitiers sur le terrain. Un vrai délice pour tout.

Il soggiorno perfetto!

L'esperienza al Casale di Giovanna è stata molto bella. Eravamo due coppie. Il Paesaggio in cui ci siamo trovati è meraviglioso e tranquillo. È il posto giusto per rilassarsi e staccare la spina dalla quotidianità. Appena arrivati abbiamo subito visto che eravamo immersi nella pace e nella natura. L'abitazione aveva tutto l'occorrente necessario per un soggiorno perfetto: era molto accogliente, spaziosa e confortevole. Uscendo all'esterno abbiamo usufruito della piscina e del campetto di pallavolo, il pomeriggio perfetto per rilassarsi e divertirsi allo stesso tempo. Anche il clima è stato a nostro favore, ventilato e soleggiato. Il paese più vicino non era molto lontano, quindi anche spostarsi non è stato per niente difficile. È stato un weekend davvero rigenerante, sia a livello fisico che mentale. Un'esperienza sicuramente da rifare il prima possibile!

Magnifico soggiorno ad Offida

Non posso che consigliare questa splendida villa. Ristrutturata con gusto, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Il panorama attorno alla casa è qualcosa di favoloso ed è un piacere rilassarsi in piscina circondati da verdi colline. Inoltre il mare è raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Il proprietario molto cortese e prodigo di consigli su ristoranti e attrazioni della zona. Se potessi tornerei subito!

Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderbaren Ausblick

Wir hatten das Casale di Giovanna für 8 Nächte und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht, sogar Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Der Ausblick ist in jede Richtung atemberaubend. Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht einen sich perfekt zu erholen; und ruhige Tage zu verbringen. Auch der Ausblick vom Pool ist hervorragend. Das Haus ist auch nicht zu weit weg vom Meer, Grottammare und San benedetto del Tronto sind recht schnell erreichbar und haben schöne Strände. Unser Highlight war das Meer bei Ancona. Sehr klares, sauberes Wasser und innerhalb 1 Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch die umliegenden Gemeinschaften wie Offida eignen sich gut, um die Spezialitäten der Region zu kosten oder einen schönen Abend zu verbringen. Marco der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, immer verfügbar falls man Fragen oder Probleme hat und lässt einem keinen Wunsch offen. Ich kann das Haus nur weiter empfehlen, wer einen schönen Platz zum erholen sucht ist hier genau richtig.
