Apartment of 1190 sq.Ft located in the heart of Paris, on the 4th Floor with elevator. Very luminous thanks to windows on each side of the apartment offering a through light. This apartment is very well isolated from the street noise ( there is a school next to the apartment) thanks to the double glazing on both bedroom windows (installed in 2023)
Composed of an entrance, a kitchen open over the dining room that can host 6 persons around its table, a living room (with 2 windows) as well as two bedrooms with storage and a bathroom linked to each (included WC).
The living room is furnished with a large couch, two armchairs, a television (with international channels).
The kitchen, open over the dinning area, is fully furnished: Microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, dishwasher, oven…
The Master suite has a queen size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a window over an inside courtyard and a preschool. The bathroom (renovated in 2023) linked to this bedroom has a window over the bedroom (With venetian blind) and is furnished with, sink, WC and a bathtub.
The second Bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands with two lamps, two windows and multiple storage spaces. Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

A neighborhood guide to help you get to know the area better;
Maintenance service throughout your stay;
Cleaning at the end of your stay with organic cleaning products.

Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.

We suggest a private transportation company with whom we have been working for a couple years now. They will have a driver wait for you at the airport and drive you to the apartment or our office (in case the apartment is not ready). Rates can be provided upon request.
As Paris real estate professionnals since 2008, we offer to all our tenants an insurance policy covering involuntary rental risks (up to 2500€), and civil liability (mandatory in France).
Hence, we will require :
• Your passport copy ;
• Your permanent address ;
• The signing of a rental agreement between you and the owner whom we officially represent. This contract will be sent electronically in French along with the English translation.
• The signing of an inventory will also be required upon arrival with a GLAMAPARIS agent.
