The apartment was nice and it was great that it was on the ground floor since Paris has been so unseasonably hot. There was a small air conditioner in the living room and fans in all of the bedrooms which helped. The space was plenty big enough for the 8 of us. It turned out great other than the extreme heat, which no one can control.

A convenient place to stay and see Paris. Perfect for first timers. The apartment was just as promised, secure and in a safe neighborhood. Very clean and only a few blocks away from the Luxembourg Garden, cafes, farmers’ market and two major metro stations. There is a nice large bathroom, and kitchenette area that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Washer/Dryer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hangers, hairdryer. Lots of plugs for charging, attractive lighting, comfortable beds, contemporary decor.It was an exceptionally hot weekend when we were there, and we felt that it was as comfortable as one was going to find, with a window air conditioning unit, and every bedroom had a fan.We were close to the Latin Quarter, walkable to famous and historic sights. Plenty of food options. We loved staying here and were so happy to found a place that made us feel so comfortable.

SUMMARY:Fair apartment for the size and location.Fair condition.Fair comfort.Owner service was mixed.APARTMENT SIZE & LOCATION:Plenty of sleeping space (3 comfortable queens; 1 thin, uncomfortable sofa bed; 1 uncomfortable futon).Large bathroom with good layout.Very convenient location near the river and major train stops.APARTMENT CONDITION:Semi‑basement, dark, a bit dingy, felt quickly cleaned but still worn.Several lights were burnt out on arrival.Sofa bed mattress had a large stain; no pillowcases or duvet cover provided for it.Old speaker clock doesn’t work.AC exhaust barely reaches the window.Broken cutting board.Kitchen stocked with dishes and cookware, but utensils are sparse and low quality.Only 3 toilet paper rolls and two used bars of soap provided.Shower and sinks drain extremely slowly.Chairs feel unstable.OWNER SERVICE:Owner was kind and responsive, but bedding and lightbulb issues dragged on.They said they needed advance notice of how many beds we’d use, which feels like something that should be standard.Bedding delivery was delayed twice until I pushed back.Maintenance replaced only a few of the many burnt-out bulbs.PLUS SIDE:No breastmilk in the fridge. Really enjoyed our stay here. Family of 5, with teenagers, and felt really spacious for Europe. Even with the instructions, getting into the flat does take some figuring out, once you've done it once, it is easy. The window is on the ground floor, and opens onto a little private parking lot which may concern some people.

Great 3 bedroom apartment

Enjoyed staying here for 2 nights with husband and adult children. The bathroom and shower were fantastic. The bed was comfortable although others thought it was firm. Bakery and nearby restaurants were great.

We had an excellent stay. Perfect layout for our family. Even better location. Convenient to everything and definitely a feel of being local and not in touristy area. Communication with property manager was easy. Will definitely stay again next time.

Great Gem in St. Germain!

Lovely basement flat just a block from public transport, delicious bakeries, and a short walk to Garden Luxembourg. Beds super comfy and we appreciated the large bathroom w/ great water pressure for our family of 5 - as well as access to onsite laundry. I'd definitely recommend this place. Merci for a wonderful stay!

Perfect location for our family

We just had a wonderful stay in Paris, this apartment is perfectly located in a quieter neighborhood and close to many metro stops. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We also loved the proximity of the gardens. The owner was responsive when we had a minor issue and took care of it right away.
