This luxurious penthouse overlooking the lake is located in Castro, on the northern shore of Lake Iseo, in a recently renovated building that stands in a panoramic position.
Entering the apartment leads to the spacious and bright living area with lake view, consisting of living room with open kitchen, equipped with dishwasher and multiple cooking utensils. The living area is equipped with two comfortable balconies overlooking the lake, with a perfect table for outdoor dining enjoying the splendid view of Lake Iseo.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, one with twin beds and one with a balcony overlooking the mountains. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board and clothesline; there is also a garage and a garden with deckchairs for sunbathing.
HOUSE RULES

The city tax is not included and will be paid upon check-in.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00.

Early / late check-ins and check-outs will be granted based on the availability of the property and upon acceptance (a supplement may be provided).

The request must be received at least 24 hours before check-in.

If the guest does not show up by 18:00 and a late check-in is not granted, the reservation will be marked as "no Show".

At check-in a security deposit of 100 euros in cash will be required, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer within 7 working days from check-out, after checking the status of the property.

If the property is released particularly dirty, part of the security deposit may be retained.
