Living Space
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cater for your family during your vacation, including a breakfast bar with swivelling barstools. The kitchen opens directly on to the family room, a bright, beautifully furnished, comfortable space with a spectacular 65” Smart HDTV. It’s a great space the whole family can relax in.

The family room overlooks the pool deck, which features a glamourous Sofia Vergara dining suite seating 8 – it's truly the perfect spot to enjoy more formal dining at home. For more relaxed mealtimes, simply take your snack out on to the pool side, fan-cooled lanai, which has a comfortable patio set seating eight.

Entertainment
The games room is a fantastic extra bonus; this fully-converted space is air conditioned. It has a full-size pool table, dart board, a 48” HDTV, PlayStation 3, Wii games console and gaming chair. – extra space for a bit of downtime; kids, old and young, will love what it has to offer.

Outside Space
The fantastic pool area overlooks a conservation area. The pool has a wonderful spa which can be heated for a small additional charge; side privacy panels; outside pool shower, pool cloakroom/w.C; pool illumination and a fan lamp and over bbq lamp, adding atmosphere and comfort in the lanai.

An integrated gas BBQ* (no need for canisters!) and outside kitchen area with sink, is provided outside – perfect for al fresco cooking and dining. Around the pool there is a shaded lanai with poolside dining table and chairs for eight, sun loungers plus side tables/chairs around the pool.

Resort / Local Amenities
This home is located on the attractive Watersong resort in Davenport. Guests at this villa are welcome to make use of the Watersong resort’s many amenities, including use of the resort-style pool and clubhouse which houses a cyber café, sand volleyball, table tennis, kids' playground and a fitness centre. There are also good local amenities, with a great Publix supermarket and food outlets 5 minutes drive away. The location is convenient for the I-4 and, from there, it is easy to explore the wider central Florida region and both Gulf and Atlantic coasts.
