The Lake House in Crosby has everything you need for a wonderful week at the Lake. You will enjoy 100 feet of lake shore, fishing and swimming right off the dock, a large fire pit, paddleboards, and kayaks. There is a main dock and a guest dock (for fishing and docking a boat). A gas grill is available on the lake-side patio and a fully stocked kitchen.

The Lake House has a fabulous lay out for your next gathering. 5 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 14. Two main floor bedrooms, 3 bedrooms upstairs. Main floor laundry. Large 3-season porch overlooking the lake. You can enjoy sunrise + sunset over the lake.

Bike (or walk) to the Cuyuna trail system. The Cuyuna bike trail (red dirt) and walking trail (paved) is just blocks from the Lake House. A bike rack is available next to the garage to store your bikes. Walk into town. The Lake House is minutes away from the Cuyuna Brewery, Hardwater Cocktail Bar, Iron Range Eatery, Northwoods Cafe, Red Raven Coffee, Mixed Company Coffee, Rafferty's Pizza, Drunken Noodle, Victual, Trailside Tavern, Cuyuna Outfitters, Memorial park, public beach, antique shops, thrift shops, the library, a museum, yoga studio, churches, and MORE.

Autumn at the Lake. Beautiful + cozy. Wood burning fireplace (inside). Large bonfire lakeside. Leaf piles, smores, kayaks, paddleboards, biking, pickleball (in town or on driveway), basketball. Movie nights (2 smart TV's) or games + puzzles.

Park your car for the week and relax by the lake and bike/walk around town. The best of both worlds.

We purchased the Lake House in August 2016. It was highly neglected. We spent 9 months making improvements and are always working on something. We began our vacation rental journey in June of 2017. We love coming to the lake with our family and can't believe how much the town has changed since 2016. Crosby is a special town and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
