Ferragudo Premium Villa - heatable pool

Ferragudo Premium Villa is a remarkable 4+2 bedroom villa with water views. Located on top of a hill, it is close to the center of Ferragudo village, with the river running by, bars, restaurants and a quaint feeling. Its also a short drive from the center of Portimão, golf courses, beach and the Slide&Splash water park.

The villa has an outstanding modern architecture and was designed to accommodate a large family. The interiors are spacious and bright, overlooking the pool and Arade river.

From the entrance hall you will find the large living/dining room, featuring a large sofa (with enough seating for all guests) around a suspended fireplace. An exotic dining table is close to the fully equipped kitchen, which features a central stove top, breakfast table, large fridge/freezer and big south facing windows. The living room and kitchen both open to the superb terrace, equipped with a built-in charcoal barbecue and furnished with outdoor dining table and wooden sun-loungers. The terrace and garden are south facing will be the center of your holidays: it features a saltwater large pool that can be heated (extra cost) and in the lawn area there's a cosy gazebo with a double sun-lounger.

There are 4 main large bedrooms and 2 extra bedrooms in the Ferragudo Premium Villa: 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and each includes double beds, large built-in wardrobes, TV and air-conditioning. These two bedrooms share the green bathroom, with double-sink and walk-in shower.

On the first floor are the two other bedrooms, each with a large balcony, TV, air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

The two extra bedrooms (additional cost) are located in the basement, apart from the main house and feature natural light, double beds and a shared bathroom. Here you can also find a fantastic games room, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a pool/billiard table.

The weekly rental includes change of towels, light cleaning, WiFi and air-conditioning.

Please be aware that Tourist Tax will be charged and paid to the City Council of Lagoa.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

La villa est sublime et très bien située (proche de toute commodité) Elle est malheureusement très mal entretenu et le ménage est vraiment déplorable (je ne blâme pas la femme de manage, elle est seule à s’occuper d’une immense maison) Pas un seul drap / serviette de rechange Quasiment aucun matériel ni produit d’entretien pour nous permettre de nettoyer les salissures du quotidien La cuisine est mal équipée (si vous aimez cuisiner de bons plats entre amis… il va falloir être ingénieux) Les chambres du bas ne sont vraiment pas du standing du reste de la maison, si vous pensiez y mettre des enfants, ce n’est pas possible non plus (chambres complètement isolées du reste de la maison, garage sale à traverser dans le noir..) A ce prix là je vous conseille vivement d’aller a l’hôtel où de choisir une autre villa… Dommage

Chère Sandra, Merci pour votre commentaire qui a retenu toute notre attention. Cependant, je voudrais mentionner quelques faits. La maison était propre et préparée pour votre arrivée et je n'accepte pas que vous disiez que c'était déplorable, car ce n'est pas vrai. Il s'agit d'une maison indépendante et non d'un hôtel et cela est précisé dans les communications qui vous sont envoyées, nous regrettons que vous ne les ayez pas lues à l'avance. Nous avons préparé un kit de base pour nos invités, mais tous les produits devront obligatoirement être achetés par les invités s'ils le souhaitent. Tous les invités ont une serviette pour le visage, une serviette de bain et une serviette de piscine. Si vous vouliez des serviettes supplémentaires, vous auriez dû les demander dans votre espace invité, mais encore une fois, vous n'auriez pas dû avoir le temps de vérifier cela non plus. En ce qui concerne la cuisine, nous aimons aussi cuisiner et nous pensons définitivement que 5 poêles à frire et 6 casseroles suffisent amplement pour cuisiner. Les chambres supplémentaires sont au sous-sol et oui, séparées de la maison principale, nous aurons ces informations plus spécifiques dans la description de la maison afin que les clients soient au courant de cette situation, merci beaucoup de nous en avoir alerté. Nous vous souhaitons, à vous et à votre famille, tout le meilleur.

Prachtige villa

Heel mooie ruime luxueuze villa dichtbij centrum. Resto’s en kleine winkels zijn perfect te voet bereikbaar. Het tussentijds opkuisen is super. Ook de dames van Cool villa’s zijn makkelijk te bereiken en staan direct klaar. De game room ligt een beetje ongelukkig in de kelder terwijl er buiten voldoende ruimte beschikbaar is. WiFi, tv en airco zeker pluspunt. Een onvergetelijke vakantie !

Nous étions 3 couples sans enfants, nous avons apprécié cette villa, son emplacement est idéal. Pour le tarif nous aurions aimé qu il y est une bonne literie dans chaque chambre car c était un vrai problème. Literie bas de gamme. Literie Nettoyage piscine
