Le logement n’a absolument pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Logement très sale. La hote, la vaisselle, la vmc, le blender sont d’une hygiène déplorable.
Sur l’annonce il est indiqué « adapté aux enfants » il n’en est rien. Nous avons fait la demande d’un lit bébé rien n’a été fait pour nous en mettre un à disposition. Pire encore certaine chose sont dangereuse pour des enfants : chaise cassé avec Pate en métal qui ressort, petit meuble avec vis apparente, baguette de porte pas fixée avec clou.
Il n’est pas possible de boucher la baignoire pour faire prendre le bain, résultat nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour faire prendre une douche à un bébé : le pire est que la température passe du chaud au froid ce qui est très dangereux et peux causer de forte brûlure.
Le logement n’est pas équipé d’ascenseur : pas pratique avec une poussette
Le logement est infestée de lépisme ce qui démontre bien son insalubrité.
L’isolation sonore laisse plus qu’à désirer pour un logement situé sur le quai de la gare
Enfin les échanges avec l’hôte reste plutôt froid. Délais de réponse très long. Aucun effort pour la fourniture d’un lit bébé. Seule solution proposée : l’annulation sans aucune proposition de remboursement intégral pour cette annulation
