Renovated and fully air conditioned apartment boasts two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen with living room overviewing the Cathedral of Malaga and Alcazaba.
All the top sights and hotspots of Malaga are very close, you can drop your car in the private parking and enjoy Malaga by walking.

The apartment of total 78 sq.m. consists of a living room and a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, full private bathroom with radiant floor heating, and a storeroom.
Accommodation provides full air conditioning (cooling/heating), free high-speed 300Mbps fibre internet with WiFi, three (in both bedrooms and living room) flat-screen Smart TVs with numerous channels, and installed and already connected accounts of Netflix and Sky. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwashing machine, washing machine, teapot, coffee machine, toaster, kitchenware and tableware, etc.

Other amenities/facilities that are free for our guests: full linen sets with additional blankets and pillows, clothes dryer, bath towels, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, etc.
The building has 2 elevators. The underground parking also has an elevator.

For our guests with a baby we are pleased to provide a free cot and a baby monitor.

Great Stay

The location is good, about 10mins walk to the center but quiet neighborhood. Nikolay was a very attentive and considerate, such a wonderful host. He gave us good recommendations where locals eat and are affordable. Place was clean and has everything we need for a 1 week stay.

Malaga home base

The apartment was an excellent home base for us as we explored Malaga and the surrounding areas for ten days. Clean, comfortable, and close to stores, restaurants, and attractions. We would definitely stay here again! The host's communications were excellent. Everything went smoothly.

Perfect and central

What a fabulous apartment, well located and has everything you could think of. Beds were comfy. Appreciated the welcome gesture (the fresh oranges were delicious, as was the wine). Host's communication was excellent. Loved his guide to Malaga and we are at the tapas he recommended and we're not disappointed. Would absolutely recommend and if in Malaga again we would stay here again.

Great apartment Great location even better host,

It was a beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable and in the middle of everything. We walked everywhere and after we got used to the neighborhood everything was even closer. 15 minutes walk to the beach passing the city center and all its atractions. Will recommend to anyone going to Malaga. The host was attentive and helpful.

Beautiful Malaga!

Nikolay is a super host. He was very helpful providing us information about the city and site seeing. Responded within minutes. The apartment is in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Easy check in and check out. Having a parking was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and will go back again.

Excellent Apartment

We stayed 38 nights at Nikolay's apartment. It was perfect, the location, the apartment, communication with Nikolay and the amenities. Plenty of room for luggage and clothing storage, and plenty of cleaning supplies. The view is amazing, morning sunrise and beautiful evening lights. We had everything we needed for our extended stay.

Cet appartement est très bien situé. Épicerie et traiteur à 5 minutes à pied. Centre-ville à 10 minutes à pied. Tout le Malaga historique est à deux pas. Le garage est un atout important si vous louez une auto. Le propriétaire est très accomodant.

Super apartment

Lovely quiet apartment in the center of Malaga with a great view of the city roofs, the Cathedral and the Alcazaba fortress. The apartment is modern and well maintained. Nicolay is a super host and he is happy to guide you so that your stay becomes a suces.

Our recommendation would be to explore Malaga on foot. You can also rent a bike or motorcycle, or take a ride on Uber (UberX, Black or Van) or a taxi.
