Do you want to enjoy Curacao and have a carefree stay in our holiday villa with a private swimming pool? That is possible!
We rent our villa all year round for holidays and / or longer stays.

The villa Kas di Bon Bida, completed in 2010, is privately owned and in top condition.
A spacious and cozy apartment has been built under the villa which can also be rented.

This villa is fully equipped for 6 people.
The apartment is suitable for 4 people.

It is located in the small-scale villa park "Marbella Estate" in Jan Thiel, a stone's throw from the Spanish water. The park is completely fenced and has two entrance gates with remote control.

Prettige vakantiewoning met eigen zwembad

Heel fijn huis op een prima locatie. Wel handig om hier een auto te hebben. Mooie grote keuken, heerlijke buiten zitplekken met eigen zwembad.

Very nice & clean

Everything was great about this property. The owner was welcoming. The property managers were great. The property was clean & well kept. I would definitely stay again if I go back to Curacao. Thank you!

Better than expected

I’ll start by saying it was worth EVERY penny. I booked this property about 3 months before my actual trip & Marc was very attentive as it got closer to my trip date. Nyke the property manager is VERY funny and attentive. She replied to any messages/calls very fast. Check in was a breeze and so was check out. The property is exactly as it is listed. When I arrived I was more taken aback by the fact that the property had extra toys/card games/ping pong game and more for the kids & a washing machine to wash clothes. I felt very safe with the security system of the property & the Jan Thiel security guards that would drive around to ensure everything was in order. The pool was the main attraction for my family. The pool is perfect depth for children as well as adults. To say I have NO complaints. I will definitely be returning to this property on my next visit to Curaçao.
