Amazing Villa experience!

Stunning and expansive Villa! Plenty of room for our group of 8 to spread out. Pool was a treat. Kitchen well appointed. Host was responsive and helpful- very easy to work with. The road there is pretty Italian! Narrow and windy but all part of the adventure. Would return in a heartbeat.

I loved having Cinnamon and her group of friends! They were great with corresponding the purpose of their trip, they treated my place like their own, and most importantly, they are such warm people. Smooth sailing from the get-go. I hope to have the opportunity to host them again and any host would be lucky to have them!

Beautiful setting

First off let me say the setting is spectacular. The villa overlooks the harbor from far above and the views are stunning. The villa is quintessential early Italian architecture. The bedrooms are sufficient, the kitchen is workable, and the villa as a whole has charm. The downside is that to get to the villa you must drive down what appears to be narrow, narrow roads switchbacking up the mountainside. We attempted on several occasions to get taxis to drive the road, but most refused or were cost prohibitive. The driveway is also a very difficult maneuver. We loved the stay, but leaving the premises was a bit of a challenge.

Smooth sailing from the get-go. I hope to have the opportunity to host them again and any host would be lucky to have them! We are sorry to learn you met problems with the taxis. Usually, the range cost is 20/30 euros from the villa to La Spezia.

Très belle maison, bien située mais le contenu est à améliorer sérieusement

La maison dispose d'une vue exceptionnelle sur le Golfe des poètes. Elle est énorme (avec deux salles de séjour immenses aux niveau 2 et 3 - que nous n'avons pas utilisées en cette période de l'année, 5 chambres double spacieuses avec salles de bain et, dressing) + 4 chambres plus petites avec des lits simples, convenant pour des enfants (nous n'en avions pas). Mais la pression d'eau est insuffisante, les évacuations d'eau sont quasi-bouchées, certains matelas sont de qualité insuffisante, la vaisselle est disparate et peu abondante, la cuisinière a 5 becs mais certains s'allument très difficilement, il y a une machine à café Lavazza mais elle fonctionne avec des capsules que nous n'avons pas trouvées à la COOP de La Spézia. La piscine a été (bien) nettoyée le samedi mais nous séjournions du mercredi au dimanche. Bref, il faudrait sérieusement resserrer les boulons, d'autant que le prix de la location est élevé.

Nice stay in la spezia

Very nice stay and nice house - 4 of 5 Stars. We had s great time! The kitchen really lacks cooking equipment in general.

Super avec une bande de 10 amis

Nous avions besoin de 6 chambres et de 6 salles de bains, cette location le permet. Les espaces Vie sont très agréables . Sa proximité ( 10 mn en voiture) de la gare de la Spezia permet de rejoindre facilement cette gare pour les visites des 5 terres. La personne en charge de la réception est super car arrivée à 23.00. La vue est splendide. Très satisfait. Je souhaiterais une facture car deux de nos amis n'ont pu venir ( raison médicale ) et souhaiteraient donc pouvoir se faire rembourser leur quote part de la location soit 1/6.

Perfect Italian hideaway with stunning view

It was exactly what we hoped for and more! That's saying something with a teenage/twenty something family to consider. Having booked both apartments, we found the property excellent for 2 families. Great location for exploring the region, and there's plenty to do and see both on land and by sea, although we really enjoyed just being in the locality of La Spezia, relaxing and admiring the view by the pool and garden, both by day and night, which really is very special. Thank you for a memorable family holiday, and I can't wait to go back.

Fantastic seascape !

The service was excellent and the structure is very beautiful. The location is very close to the sea and the center with its shops. The landlord was very kind and helpful. I would recommend for a nice relaxing and fun holiday.

Fabulous sea view!

Villa Le Palme is one of the nicest places i have ever stayed. This property has a spectacular sea view on Gulf and sunsets from the terrace are reallyfabulous. The prperty is very well situated, close to La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Sea and Country Villas, the agency was extremely helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for places to see and eat. The house itself has everything you need, the decor is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. Our group enjoyed every minute of our stay, we would highly recommend it.

Spectacular sea view !

Having recently spent a week at the villa, we had a wonderful time, the villa was well equipped and spacious, in a beautiful location with stunning sea views. Ideal for visiting the tourist highlights. A special thanks to the Agency SEA AND COUNTRY VILLAS for their support before and during our stay. The sea view is really spectacular ! We can't wait to come back :)
