About this property

3 bedroom modern villa with private pool, large living room, study and insane views from all windows. You are not visible to the neighbors and you can relax as you want. No city or highway noise can be heard, but you can reach the Puerto de la Cruz promenade in 10 min. Parking for 2 cars included. Netflix, good wifi all over the place. There are no steps in the house, and all the walls from the ocean side are glass. Private pool heated in winter (paid service 200 euros/week) from which you can enjoy the beauty of Teide. Cozy barbecue area with a round table and small tropical plants, hidden from the sun for your comfort. A jogging track, air conditioning in the master bedroom, sun loungers, retractable awnings and other details for relaxation and tranquility. The kitchen has a water filtration system. I make every effort to make your stay safe in relation to the epidemiological requirements. After the departure of previous guests, the villa is fully cleaned with antiseptic agents. !!!The number of guests is strictly according to the booking.

My principle in work is quality, responsibility, result. You will love northern Tenerife for the magic of nature and the charm of the locals, I have no doubt about it.

The villa is located in a respectable place on the northern coast, on the edge of the island's pearl - the La Orotava valley. The nearest cafe is a 10-minute walk, the municipal center of Santa Ursula is three minutes, the journey time to Puerto de la Cruz is 10 minutes by car.

Fantastic property

This villa is better than advertised. Great location with magnificent views. Inside and outside was immaculate and the layout and space was very generous. Igor responded quickly to our requests. Simply a great experience

Panoramic vistas in Santa Ursula

Igor is a fabulous host and the home was very clean and well appointed. The views of Tiede and Puerto de la Cruz are fantastic....especially at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Entsprechend der Beschreibung.

Sauberkeit war einwandfrei. Geschirr genügend vorhanden. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer müsste ersetzt werden.
