Detached villa with fantastic sea view and heated pool surrounded by tropical garden. Maximum occupancy 4 persons, one additional person possible on request.

The view was spectacular and the property is extremely comfortable. Lots of hot water with good water pressure, well equipped kitchen which was a pleasure to use and lots of outdoor seating both in the sun and shade. Location is in a very quiet neighbourhood, about 8 minutes drive from a good-sized grocery store. Communication with the host was easy. Check-in was easy enough, although key-less check in is always easier and more convenient.

An amazing holiday

We enjoyed a week of absolute bliss in this wonderful villa. All facilities were provided including access to our own pool, a fully furnished kitchen with a range of utensils & a large fridge, all linen was provided. A welcome fruit basket brightened our check in. We were met by a friendly & courteous lady called Sylvia. She provided all the necessary information. Nadine the property manager was friendly & accessible at all time( we didn’t really need to contact her much at all). The property is close to all amenities- cafe, supermarkets and the beach. We would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax & recuperate.

Merveilleux séjour à cette villa avec un accueil chaleureux et des hôtes d’une grande gentillesse! Ce fut pour nous la première fois à Tenerife et nous avons été éblouis par le décor enchanteur de cette villa avec ses paysages époustouflants dans ce décor idyllique! Je me sens plein d’énergie pour le retour au travail! Nous laisserons la Floride pour les américains, du moins jusqu’aux prochaines élections! Merci à vous tous!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist sehr gut durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist großartig ausgestattet und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön gemütlich eingerichtet und in den Schlafzimmern gibt es genug Stauraum in den Schränken. Es war alles sehr suber und hat gut funktioniert. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön und auch der Pool war herrlich! Der Gastgeber war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und hoffen, wiederkommen zu dürfen.

Super ausgestattes Haus, perfekt auch dass es so viele Handtücher gab! Hier wird an alles gedacht! Der Blick ist wirklich traumhaft und der Pool ist sehr schön! Sehr gute Gästebetreuung! Trotz etwas abgeschiedener Lage ist alles mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Hier kann mich sich sehr wohlfühlen! Vielen Dank nochmal an die Gastgeber!

Traumhafte Villa mit atemberaubendem Ausblick und der Liebe zum Detail. Perfekt organisiert und an alles wurde gedacht. Haben uns rundum wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Supermärkte sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen :)

Das Haus in La Matanza in ruhiger Lage mit großem Pool liebevoll angelegten Garten und einer TOP Ausstattung ist als traumhaft zu bezeichnen. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer sowie seine Betreuung vor Ort ist vorbildlich.Wir können dieses Haus jedem, der einen tollen Urlaub verleben möchte, empfehlen. Ein Auto zu mieten ab Flughafen (Cicar) ist, um die Insel zu erkunden, unabdingbar.Wir haben den Süden Teneriffas besucht, sollte man gesehen haben, und auch der Teide ist ein absolutes Highlight.

Great Villa at a Great Location

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage, man ist schnell auf der Autobahn, um nahegelegene Strände oder Städte wie z.B. Puerto de la Cruz zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist absolut notwendig, fußläufig gibt es weder Geschäfte noch Restaurants. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bett bequem. Der Garten schön und gepflegt, sowie ein toller Pool. Es gibt ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten aussen, so dass man den schönen Blick über das Meer genießen kann.

Traumhafte Urlaubsunterkunft !!

Wir waren gerade 14Tage in der Villa Siempre Primavera und es ist alles so wie im Internet beschrieben. Der herzliche Empfang, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage an der Steilküste ist sehr ruhig, der Pool (nach Anfrage auch beheizt) der Blick auf den Teide und das Highlight der Sonnenuntergang. Es viel uns schwer für Unternehmungen mit dem Auto, um die Insel zu erkunden das Haus zu verlassen. Es stimmte einfach alles. Grüße aus Goch am Niederrhein Karin & Klaus

Schönes Haus mit perfekter Ausstattung

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben das Haus wie beschrieben vorgefunden und somit konnten wir unseren Urlaub perfekt genießen. Alleine die Sonnenuntergänge inkl. Teide-Blick sind schon eine Reise wert!

Abwechslungsreiche Tage

Das Haus hält absolut was es verspricht. Es ist einfach alles da und die Betreuung total nett. Tolle Sicht, viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten zu Entspannen, Yoga, Schwimmen, gemeinsam kochen und feiern. Golf, Wandern und Essen gehen muss man bereit sein zu fahren. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe, ohne Auto geht nichts. Nur der Weg zum Meer, Meerpools ist etwas beschwerlich. Macht man dann nicht jeden Tag aber das weiß man ja. Die Gegend ist grün und schön, wir hatten nur top Wetter :)

Entspannungsurlaub

Der weitere Besuch auf Teneriffa war ein Entspannungsurlaub. Die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist ein sehr guter Ort. Morgens wie abends einen unglaublichen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Im Haushalt fehlte es an nichts. Der Vermieter ist beeindruckend freundlich und antwortet flott auf Fragen. Wenn wir wieder kommen, dann sehr gerne hier.

Wunderschön - wir kommen wieder!

Waren im Oktober 2023 für 2 Wochen da. Könnte ich 6 Sterne vergeben, dann würde ich das tun!! Es war alles topp. Angefangen bei der Sauberkeit, weiter über eine hochwertige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, über eine Küche in der wirklich alles und in sehr guter Anzahl vorhanden ist. Der Pool ist super, der Garten sehr schön.Die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten draussen sind bestens und man hat einen traumhaften Blick. Alles bestens ausgestattet und gepflegt. Kommunikation sowohl vor unserer Reise sehr gut, als auch vor Ort. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Haben uns praktisch von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt.
