Exclusive and peaceful private villa with pool and fantastic 180 ° Meerbick

Carefree holiday in the officially approved holiday home - N ° Cabildo de Tenerife Vv A-38/4. 1696

Our holiday home is located in the second row of the nearby cliff, in a very quiet residential area with spacious villas and land.
You have a fantastic view over the sea from all the terraces in the grounds.
The main house about 120 m² consists of a spacious and light-filled living, dining area with panoramic windows, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite and a fully equipped kitchen.

Surrounded is this gem with multiple, located at different levels terraces, a well kept garden with a barbecue area and a large pool (8m x 4m). During the winter months, November to April on request, with a heat pump (24 ° C) heated.
Outside there is a washing machine, a dryer and a drying rack available.
Note:
Smoking in the rooms is not allowed.
Deposit: Please note our own rental agreement.

Amazing view

This house is in perfect location, with constant view to the sea. The house is well equipped with all necessary things including all kind of spices, cook books, terrace grill equipments. Perfect place to relax.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Es gibt einen eigenen Pool, der groß genug zum schwimmen ist und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Ich kann allerdings nur empfehlen sich einen Mietwagen zu nehmen, sonst ist der Aufenthalt nicht wirklich machbar. Die Küche beinhaltet eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster, einen Herd und viel Zubehör. Es gab einige Brettspiele und pro Badezimmer einen Föhn. Wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert , sowohl von der Ausstattung, der Aussicht und allem drum herum.

Wieder einmal ein perfekter UrlaubWir durften nun bereits zum zweiten Mal drei Wochen in dieser traumhaften Villa verbringen – und es war erneut einfach wunderbar.Die Lage mit dem einzigartigen Blick auf den Atlantik, die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge, die absolute Ruhe und die wunderschöne Atmosphäre machen diesen Ort für uns zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Die Villa ist in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend ausgestattet und äußerst gepflegt. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts.Vom ersten Urlaubstag an fühlt man sich angekommen und kann sofort entspannen. Besonders genossen haben wir die vielen Stunden auf der Terrasse, am Pool und den unvergleichlichen Meerblick zu jeder Tageszeit.Auch die Betreuung war wieder herzlich, zuverlässig und professionell. Man merkt, dass den Gastgebern das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt.Drei Wochen sind wie im Flug vergangen, und der Abschied fiel uns erneut schwer. Das spricht wohl für sich.Vielen Dank für einen weiteren unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns wieder rundum wohlgefühlt und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch.Bis bald – wir kommen wieder!

Tolle Villa mit unterschiedlichen Terrassen zum Sonnen und im Schatten liegen. Der Pool mit einer Temperatur von 24 Grad ist grandios. Fantastischer Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer und vom Grundstück. Die Ausstattung der Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ruhige Lage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes, voll eingerichtetes Haus.Die Küche ist vollständig und wurde von uns jeden Tag genutzt. Der Grillplatz ist gemütlich und wurde auch von uns mehrfach genutzt.Der Internetauftritt stimmt, alles war o.k. und wir würden das Haus wieder mieten. Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich aber das sollte eigentlich klar sein, wenn man auf die Karte guckt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut.

Einfach nur wunderschön und erholsam

Wir waren zehn Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach nur perfekt, ganz am Ende einer Sackgasse und man hat das Gefühl, vollkommen alleine zu sein. Man hört nichts außer den Vögeln und den Grillen am Abend und an manchen Tagen das Meeresrauschen . Nachts war eine unglaubliche Ruhe und dank der bequemen Betten konnten wir einfach nur traumhaft schlafen. Eigentlich wollten wir jeden Tag wandern gehen,es war aber in dem Haus so schön, dass wir doch viele Tage einfach nur im Haus geblieben sind, um morgens im Sonnenschein auf der oberen Terrasse zu frühstücken und danach direkt in den Pool zu springen. Vom Pool hat man Blick direkt aufs Meer.

Die Villa Sol ist ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen. Wir waren zu Zweit für 12 Tage dort in El Sauzal. Besonders hat uns die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer gefallen. Im Wohn-Essbereich gibt die riesige Fensterfront stets die Sicht aufs Meer frei. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet, selbst Gewürze, Zucker, Mehl und Öl waren vorhanden. Reinigungsmittel zum Spülen und Waschen ebenfalls. Der Kontakt zu den freundlichen Vermietern verlief einwandfrei

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben nur den oberen Teil des Hauses bewohnt, da die untere Wohnung erst bei Nutzung durch mehrere Personen geöffnet wird. In der Wohnung oben war es sehr geräumig und wir haben den Platz am Anfang bei schlechtem Wetter genossen. Bei bald folgendem besseren Wetter haben wir dann auch den Pool und die Terrassen (mehrere!) genutzt. Dabei hatten wir einen tollen Blick aufs Meer, den wir aber auch schon von drinnen genießen konnten. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, besonders können wir die guten Betten mit überlangen Bettdecken erwähnen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und vor Ort war sehr gut und jederzeit für uns da.

Wunderschöne Finca

Die Finca ist sehr schön. Uns hat nichts gefehlt! Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich. Der Ausblick von der Finca aus ist der Wahnsinn. So schön. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter sowie der Service war ebenfalls perfekt.
