Das Ferienhaus ist top ausgestattet - so etwas hatte ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. Die Eigentümer haben wirklich an alles gedacht - eine super ausgestattete Küche (hier ein paar Beispiele: Sandwichgrill 4 unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten Kaffee zu kochen, funktionierende Messer, genügend Gläser und Geschirr etc.),Gasgrill im Außenbereich Waschmaschine Trockner in Top-Zustand, genügend Handtücher und sogar Putzutensilien vor Ort. Der Garten sehr gepflegt und auch die Aufteilung mit mehreren Rückzugsbereichen im Außenbereich sehr schön angelegt. Auch der Pool war sehr gepflegt und somit sehr angenehm zu nutzen. Bei kleineren Problem vor Ort wurde sofort professionell geholfen. Voll und ganz zu empfehlen. P.S. Wir hatten noch nie eine Ferienwohnung, bei der sogar an Nähzeug gedacht wurde - Chapeau

überwältigender Aufenthaltsort

Unser Aufenthalt war für uns ein absolutes Spitzenerlebnis jede Erwartung wurde übertroffen. Die Küche überragt durch ihre außerordentlich gute Ausstattung. Die Einrichtung aller Zimmer der Villa ist äußerst gediegen, ja edel und liegt überall über der gewohnten Norm. Der Wintergarten lädt zu jeder Tageszeit, auch bei Wind oder Regen zum Verweilen. Ein absoluter Spitzenort für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt zum Erholen.

Un excellent sejour en tous points

Vraiment excellent depuis les premiers contacts. La location est tres agreable et confortable la piscine est petite mais bienvenue apres les visires, la terrasse avec vue mer est ideale pour les repas. Tres bon equipement de cuisine et de buanderie. Un lieu ideal pour decouvrir le nord de l'ile qui est le plus agreable!

Für mich das perfekte Ferienhaus auf Teneriffa

Da es nichts zu kritisieren gibt, beginne ich mit den Highlights: wunderbar oberhalb von Puerto Cruz gelegen, prima Klima, stets eine frische Brise vom Atlantik. Perfekter Zustand, bestens gepflegt, absolut sauber. Ansprechende Möblierung, sehr umfangreich ausgestattete Küche, liebenswert angelegtes Grundstück mit suptropischer Vergetation, eine wahre Blütenexplosion, himmlische Ruhe, dennoch nur eine kurze Fahrt nach Puerto Cruz, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe - Auto erforderlich. Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort. Vielen Dank auch an Juan (Poolpflege), Tere (Hauspflege), Frau Hoffmann (Management) und natürlich Herrn Wörbelauer. Definitely will be back!

A little oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Siempre Verde. Everything was as advertised, the house was super clean and very well equipped. Communication with the owner before our visit was very good. The beds were very comfortable (nice to have a true queen size bed rather than twins pushed together). The quality of furnishings and equipment was excellent. (Good knives, pots and pans, dishes, etc.) The pool was heated to 28/29 degrees every day which was great for us as my other half is recovering from spinal surgery so exercise was important. (Paid extra for that). We enjoyed the patio, the yard, and especially all the flowers, trees, greenery, etc. We got used to the roosters very quickly and barking dogs only bothered us once or twice in 45 days. Nadine was very helpful, especially re my lost wallet, which was recovered because the local police called her (I had the business card in my wallet). Theresa did a great job on housekeeping. The gardeners came regularly and did a a good job, and the pool cleaner guy is very jovial and efficient. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe. We live in Canada so it is not easy to get to Tenerife but once there it’s perfect for us. Kathy and Bruce. Ottawa Ontario Canada

Rundherum wunderbar!

Wir haben unsere Woche in dem herrlichen Haus mit paradiesischem Garten sehr genossen! Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und bequem, Haus und Garten bieten unterschiedliche Sitzgelegenheiten zum Verweilen und Träumen. Alles ist picobello sauber und gepflegt! Der Blick über Puerto bis zum Meer ist grandios. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Einfach perfekt, ein Urlaub in der Superlative

Wir verbrachten zwei wundervolle Wochen in der Villa und haben die Zeit im Haus (während zweier Regentage) und auf dem Grundstück in vollen Zügen genossen. Wir würden in unserer Beschreibung nur Vieles aus den vielen sehr guten Bewertungen wiederholen, darum möchten wir an dieser Stelle darauf verzichten. Ganz vielen herzlichen Dank Herr Wörbelauer, daß wir in Ihrem Haus wohnen durften. Dank auch an Frau Hoffmann für Ihre Unterstützung.

Entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns in dem gepflegten Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten mit herrlichem Blick, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht und war für uns Ausgangspunkt zu vielen schönen Zielen. Es hat alles gehalten, was es im Angebot versprochen hat. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt, besonders in dem schön angelegten und gepflegten Garten und Pool. Terrasse mit offenem Blick über Puerto de la Cruz auf das Meer. Im Haus viel Platz für 4 Personen, praktisch eingerichtete Küche mit allen Utensilien. Herzlichen Dank an Vermieter und Verwalterin für die freundliche, unkomplizierte Organisation!

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhafter Gartenlandschaft in sehr ruhiger Lage

Eine von hohen Palmen gesäumte Straße, von der kleine Seitenstraßen/-sackgassen abgehen, in der unser Feriendomizil lag. Es erinnert an den L.A. Sunset Blvd. (in klein), wenn man in die ruhige, verkehrsarme Wohngegend kommt. Mit einem solchen Entrée in die Wohngegend stieg unsere Vorfreude und auch die Erwartungen an das Ferienhaus…, und sie wurden gleich zu Beginn übertroffen! Beim Eintreten in das Grundstück wird man von einer traumhaft schönen, gepflegten Gartenlandschaft begrüßt, die das Haus umgibt, mit allerlei diversen Pflanzen…, Palmen, Hibisken, und, und, und… Das Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Zwei Doppelbett-Schlafzimmer, beide mit direktem Terrassenausgang zum oasengleichen, uneinsehbaren Poolbereich. ZWEI vollständig ausgestattete Bäder! Sonnenterrasse, Wintergarten, WLAN, Smart-TV,… und diese wohltuende Ruhe… In 2-4 Gehminuten erreicht man ein hervorragendes Restaurant und keine 150 Meter weiter ist ein Lidl-Supermarkt. Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle bei dem Hausbesitzer Herrn Wörbelauer, seiner Haus-Managerin Frau Hoffmann und dem restlichen Houskeeping-Team für die tolle, herzliche Betreuung und Hilfestellung zu Fragen rund ums Haus und der Umgebung bedanken. Sehr zuvor- und entgegenkommend. Wir möchten definitiv wiederkommen! Familie Kirsch

Super Haus aber nicht für lärmempfindliche Gäste.

Das Haus ist absolut toll, angefangen vom Garten, Wintergarten, Pool und Inneneinrichtung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Leider gibt es aber zu viele Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, welche tagsüber und auch in der Nacht immer wieder bellen. Ebenfalls hat es auch freilaufende Hühner.

Excellent Villa

A superbly well equipped villa, everything you could need for a self catering holiday, upto 100mbs broadband, although it did slow down during peak periods just as it does at home. Delightfull & relatively private garden, Nadine the local manager was always at hand if required and gave plenty of advice as to where to shop and eat. There is a Lidl & HiperDino less than 5 mins away by car or walkable if you are only going for a few items.

Schönes und gepflegtes Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Siempre Verde sehr genossen. Sie liegt umgeben von einem tollen Garten und mit Ausblick über Puerto de la Cruz aufs Meer. Alles ist wie beschrieben und tip top sauber. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Allem was man zum Leben benötigt. Auch ein schnelles Internet ist vorhanden. Auf der Terasse gibt es einen neuen Grill den wir benutzen durften. Zur Begrüssung brachte uns Frau Hoffmann noch einen Korb voller Früchte und auch Wasser und Wein. In fussläufiger Entfernung gibt es ein gutes Restaurant in dem wir gut gegessen haben. Die Lage ist ideal für kleinere und grössere Ausflüge auf der Insel, dazu sollte man aber ein Auto haben. Wir können die Villa absolut weiterempfehlen.

Fint hus med lugnt läge

Huset ligger i ett lugnt villaområde ovanför Puerto de la Cruz. Då det är en bit till staden och affärer rekommenderas bil. Huset var fint och välutrustat. Det bästa var trädgården och utsikten. Vi åkte i november och det fanns många buskar som blommade och fruktträd med mogna frukter. Vi betalade extra för att få uppvärmd pool och det var det värt.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Objekt mit viel grün

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man zum kochen brauchen könnte, alle Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, nichts war defekt oder ähnliches. Vor allem der Wintergarten und die Terrasse, sowie der Garten mit Pool machen das Ferienhaus zu einem schönen Urlaubsort. Man sollte ein Mietwagen nehmen, da es in einer ruhigen Gegend etwas abseits der großen Touristengegend ist, allerdings kann man diese auch in einem halbstündigen bis einstündigen Fußmarsch erreichen. Ansonsten liegen La Orotava und Puerto de la Cruz nur 5-10 min mit dem Auto entfernt und sind einen Besuch wert.

Urlaub im Juli 2021

Nach vier Aufenthalten auf den Kanaren war dieses Haus eindeutig das schönste. Eine echte kleine Oase auf Teneriffa. Der Garten hat einen wunderschönen Bestand an exotischen Pflanzen. Der Pool ist neu, sehr sauber und ausreichend groß (ca. 1,60 m tief). Nachts kann alles wunderschön beleuchtet werden. Das Bett ist ausgesprochen bequem, ich habe selten so gut geschlafen (was freilich auch an den angenehmen Nachttemperaturen auf Teneriffa lag). Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden und man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Den Wintergarten habe ich gelegentlich als Arbeitszimmer umfunktioniert. Das Internet funktioniert fantastisch. Mit dem Auto ist alles in kürzester Zeit bequem zu erreichen (Innenstadt von Puerto de la Cruz in vielleicht 10 Minuten), das Haus befindet sich in einer guten Lage am Rande Puertos. Herbert und sein Team standen unkompliziert und immer erreichbar für mich zur Verfügung. Man merkt, dass hier der Gast im Mittelpunkt steht und der Vermieter viel Leidenschaft für Haus und Garten aufgebracht hat. Ich werde wiederkommen. Ein absolut toller Urlaub und ein sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt!
