This spacious holiday home, with a total of no less than ± 300m² incl. Porch, is located on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms (box spring and air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms. The Tropical Sea Sight villa is fully fenced and there is an automatic entrance gate and state of the art alarm system. On the private parking space there is enough space to park the car.

In addition, the villa is more than fully equipped with a luxury open kitchen, kitchen island with bar area, American fridge with icemaker, fan oven, dishwasher, etc. The living room, with a beautiful high ceiling, has a fresh and modern interior. You will also find a flat-screen TV with all stations here. There is also a fast Wifi available for you. You can enjoy all this unprecedented.

Beautiful house located close to Jan Thiel Beach

Our stay has been perfect, the house is located close to Jan Thiel Beach (5 minute walk), also the supermarket for the first groceries is just a 5 minute walk. As the Jan Thiel area is still being developed you could hear some noises from the construction workers but it hasn’t disturbed at all. We can definitely recommend renting this house!

Beautiful home, great location ...

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! We were met at the house by the house manager and she showed us around the house etc....she was very nice and gave her info for any questions. The house is well outfitted , everything you could need is there. Very comfortable and easy living floor plan. We are a family of 6 with teens down to 10. We loved the pool & deck after a long day on the beach . Beds are very comfortable! Super easy to get to several restaurants, grocery store and some small shops are all right down the street. We loved the area , we did go into the Willemstad area and had dinner at Ginger (which was excellent) and enjoyed walking around. We also did the day trip to Klein Curaçao to snorkel on The Mermaid! Highly recommend this tour and company. The guys that run it are the nicest most easygoing group of people. They were very kind and wanted everyone to enjoy the day. We saw lots of fish and sea turtles. We can’t wait to get back to Curaçao and would definitely rent this house again. Thank you so much Arjen for sharing your home with us:)

Mooi huis maar veel bouwgeluiden

Het huis was nieuw en zeer verzorgd. Puntjes van kritiek: Het is wel zo netjes om op de site te vermelden dat er nog een appartement onder het huis bevind (Al was deze gelukkig niet verhuurd) Daarnaast vonden wij het jammer dat er niet vermeld was dat er veel gebouwd werd rondom het huis. Vanaf 7:15 was er al volop lawaai. Verder hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad!
