About this property

Modern country house with beach plot and wonderful views of lake and sunset. 115 sqm with open floor plan, large terrace and private bathing area.
Ideal for families or couples who want to replace everyday stress and noise with nature, greenery and tranquility.
Unique rural location 10 minutes from Uddevalla center and 20 minutes from Torp shopping center. About an hour from Lysekil, Smögen, Strömstad or Gothenburg.
Access to rowing boat and fishing as well as barbecue and patio furniture on the terrace.

The house is divided into two large bedrooms with double beds (180 and 160), a living room with sofa bed (160) in the main building and a guest cottage right next to the house with two combined 80 beds and sofa bed (150). The balcony runs smoothly with both buildings.
