Elegant apartment in portion of villa located on the ground floor, with garden, play area for children, enclosed private parking. 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Excellent location nestled in the mountains, 3 km from the center and 15 minutes from Terracina and Sperlonga, wonderful seaside resorts! Pets are not allowed. Linen is provided free of charge.
