Lake Sutherland is the best lake in the world. Try to find a better lake. Lake Tahoe ? No ... too cold and too restricted. Lake Chelan ? No ... it's not actually a nature lake ... it's a reservoir that is drained 1/2 the year. Florida lakes ? No ... they're more like ponds that don't have clean circulating water. Show me a lake that is this clean, this un-restricted ( sea planes, jet ski's, water skiing, etc ), this clean, this good looking, and this warm ) for swimming ). There are not a lot. There are a lot of also rans ... but this lake is first place.

Square into the sun with a 170 degree view from the top deck. It is the only one on Lake Sutherland that maximizes sun warmth and facing South ... while sticking out far enough into the lake ( 10 feet from the water ) for the best possible view. If best view and best sun posture are on your list ... then this is the property for you. Someone built this cabin 100 years ago and designed it like this ... whoever it was knew exactly what they were doing. Perfect alignment of footprint, rooflines, and decks. Look closely at the others - design matters - most were designed by architects who don't love the lake - unfortunately.
