Soon as I walk through the door I was pleased! Everything was neat and clean! The host communicated with us well due to the slight problem with the wifi, but everything was resolved in a timely manner! If you are looking to book, this place is the place to be!!!!

Just as advertised! The property is conveniently located. Beautiful view from the balcony, felt like we were sitting on the beach. And the shower was great because of the shower head and water pressure. Felt very safe because the building doors were code entry. Communication with owner was excellent and check in and out instructions easy to follow. Highly recommend

This is our second time staying at oceans one and Janet was much more accommodating and communicative with a much cleaner condo. When we walked into the condo we checked for cleanliness and bugs and were happy to see everything had been freshly cleaned and smelled great and no bugs. We had a couple issues with the property due to other guests which Janet addressed and resolved fairly quickly. This location is within walking distance to all the fun stuff and good places to eat. The beach is right out of the gate of property which you can’t beat with a fair price. We were much more pleased with the quality of the condo and host this year! We will definitely stay in this exact condo next year.

My family enjoyed our stay here for a quick end of summer trip before school resumes. Communication was excellent! Check-in was a breeze. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. This condo was very convenient for quick beach access with our children. The condo even had a nice pack and play available for use. We didn't bring ours to save room so we were grateful there was one available that we could use. Thank you so much to the host for making this a great trip for us!

The condo was clean an comfortable. Suggest you level the stove as it makes cooking a little difficult with uneven burners. My wife and I really appreciated the view. Very relaxing. We're glad we stayed at this condo.

I didn’t actually stay at this listing. Had to be moved to a different space in the same building because of a burst pipe. Communication about this was ok, not great. Space we stayed in was alright, not great.

The entire rental process was very easy. Condo was very clean and accessible. The views were amazing! Location was very close to the boardwalk. But there are a couple of blocks to walk off the boardwalk to get back to the condo building. But an easy walk. Recommend trying to check-in or out on off days because the elevators, dollies and pull up for loading your car could get backed up. But parking is ample and safe and very nice condo.
