With over 200 m² of living space across two floors, La Palazzina comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests – perfect for families, friends, or small groups.

Ground Floor: open-plan lounge with a double sofa bed, seating area, and a large bathroom with both bathtub and shower.

First Floor: bright living room with a traditional stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom (convertible to a double), and a bathroom with shower.

Outside, a large private garden filled with olive trees and flowers surrounds the property. A covered patio at the entrance offers the perfect setting for al fresco dining or a glass of local wine at sunset.

just what I was looking for

This is exactly (or more) what I was looking for, a somewhat remote place, out in the beautiful country side of Tuscany, but close enough to drive to all the towns I wanted to visit. The property is gorgeous, the owner David was more than welcoming and helpful in every way. A great host to say the least. My only wish was to have more time to spend there, me and my family will cherish our trip forever. Thanks David for having us at your villa, we loved our experience there.

Perfection

We had an idyllic week in this beautiful house, tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything we could need. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful rural location that was only minutes from Siena. After a busy day of sight seeing it was a delight to come back to a spacious, inviting house for relaxation. Our host David took a lot of time and trouble to make sure we were comfortable and to help us with hints and tips for visiting local sites and finding restaurants. He was very welcoming and we will return.

En perle i Toscana.

Fantastisk, her er virkelig alt det man kan drømme om. Dejlig vært, skønt hus med en betagende smuk beliggenhed. På landet og alligevel tæt på alting. De varmeste anbefalinger og et stort håb om et nyt besøg.

A marvellous place

We couldn't have imagine ourselves a better place for our first time to stay in Tuscany than La Palazzina. This place is peaceful, it's far, far away from the daily life - it's a dream place for holidays. It was difficult for us to find a balance between enjoying the house and enjouying the region. We enjoyed both very much, and we've found a number of reasons to come again to this marvellous place. The region is really nice, the nature is fantastic. It's a natural meditation.

Absolutely fantastic!!

An utterly stunning, completely private house and garden with everything you could possibly want or need. The house is large and very comfortable with lovely rustic features (exposed beams etc.) but with a clean and modern feel. Outside, the house is reached via a long private, gated drive which goes to a big garden that's full of attractive flowers and fig trees. The garden is not overlooked and has panoramic views out across the Tuscan hills (towards an ancient volcano). The garden has lots of different seating areas and different tables and chairs to choose from. Sitting in the garden watching the wildlife was very special and included visits from deer, honey buzzards, a hoopoe bird, bats and kestrels. Relaxing in the hot tub was just an added bonus! It's well located for lots of wood walks (some possible to do from the house) and Tuscan sightseeing. After 2 superb weeks, we didn't want to leave!! Thank you so much to David and Simona for a warm welcome and for ensuring that we had a fantastic holiday.

Un angolo fuori dal tempo

Un casale di più di un secolo fa nella più completa pace della campagna Toscana a 10 minuti da Siena. I soffitti con travi a vista e pavimenti in cotto fanno da cornice a tutti i locali della casa. Arredata con gusto e fornitissima di ogni attrezzatura. Il pergolato all’esterno permette di pranzare al fresco anche nelle bollenti giornate estive ed è fornito di barbecue. Il giardino è attrezzato con sdraio e vasca idromassaggio tonda, offre la massima privacy nel silenzio della campagna. David, il padrone di casa molto disponibile e discreto ti offre qualsiasi suggerimento sulla zona . Il luogo ideale per staccare la spina e rigenerarsi. Auto indispensabile, ma servizi raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Da tornarci!

La Palazzina, a superb house near Siena!

We had a great time in the house, la Palazzina, near Siena. We stayed with our family, 2 adults and two children in this historic big house that has all the comfort you could wish. The welcoming of David and Simona was very heart warming. We enjoyed the hottub and the terrace which is very nice and intimate. The view from the garden on the Tuscan hills is great! For sure a place to come back to!
