This house has recently been refurbished to create a modern and airy living space in central Sunderland. There are 4 bedrooms to sleep 7 and all bedrooms have their own locks for added privacy. The living room benefits from a large smart tv 49” and ample space for relaxing. A well fitted kitchen also benefits from a washing machine and fridge freezer.

Our guests range from people visiting the city for leisure to contractors working in the area. This house will particularly appeal to those visiting the hospital and university.

We are quite flexible with check in times and can arrange for keys to be dropped off at a time that is convenient for you, as we understand how travel plans can change etc.
