The apartment is on two levels. The upper part, composed of living room and living kitchen, is an open gallery, surrounded by windows, with a spectacular sea view at 300 degrees; seems to be on the prow of a ship. The view is enjoyable even on the windiest days, which would not be possible on an open terrace.
The apartment is always fresh and silent, even on days of maximum heat.
