From the renovation of a family villa was born "Aurienzia", a structure just ten minutes from the historic center of the baroque city of Ragusa and fifteen from Ragusa Ibla. The structure is also strategically positioned a few minutes from the SS 115 which connects the city of Ragusa to the urban centers of Modica, Scicli, Noto and Avola.
A modern style that enjoys the viewpoint of the typical Sicilian rural landscape.
The structure has 6 rooms furnished with a touch of class and elegance, all have individually controlled air conditioning, 32-inch TV, Internet connection, minibar, private bathroom, balcony and / or window.
Equipped with the best comforts, the rooms are welcoming and original, being composed of furnishings made exclusively by local artisans.
The outdoor garden, an enchanting green space that hosts a palm tree and a centuries-old olive tree, welcomes a swimming pool with hydromassage corner for a real moment of relaxation.

Perfect Family Holiday Home

Property well equipped and very modern with all rooms having their own privacy. Garden and pool area very well kept to high standards with a BBQ area. It was a outstanding place in Ragusa.The house and everything around it was fantastic. We were 14 in total With 9adults and five children everyone had an amazing time in the house With eating and playing around the pool.Many thanks for letting us stay!

Ons verblijf was heerlijk. We kwamen in de nacht aan, maar dat was geen enkel probleem. We kregen vooraf duidelijke instructies hoe we binnen konden komen. De volgende ochtend werden we erg hartelijk ontvangen en werd alles goed uitgelegd. En was voor een heerlijk ontbijt gezorgd. Bij vragen/problemen konden we direct een bericht sturen en werd er snel gereageerd. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en heerlijk om in te verblijven. Ook het zwembad en de tuin waren goed verzorgd. Vanaf de locatie makkelijk om met de auto het eiland te verkennen. Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven!
