Beautiful and comfortable penthouse with amazing 360º views of the Old Cadiz Town. 5 minute walk to La Caleta Beach and bang in the center of comercial area. All facilities included.

Our penthouse was built from scratch by its owners, searching for a personal aesthetic preserving its personality and refurbishing the esencial characteristics.
Beautiful and comfortable penthouse with amazing 360º views of the Old Cadiz Town. 5 minute walk to La Caleta Beach and bang in the center of comercial area. All facilities included.
The apartment
Our penthouse was built from scratch by its owners, searching for a personal aesthetic preserving its personality and refurbishing the esencial characteristics. You can enjoy beautiful views form our private rooftops with plenty space to sunbathe, read and listen to music and a marvelous garden to relax!! The interior is cosy and welcoming.
Services
You are going to have the whole apartment for yourselves. We ask you please to respect it and treat it with love and care. The inside area is not very big, but enough to enjoy family get togethers. Outside you will have to roll the dice in order to choose where to lie down, sit or chill out!
Other things.
PLEASE ENJOY YOURSELVES and have a fab fab time. Like many of the buildings in the historical town, ours belong to the 19th century. We do NOT have an elevator, so expect to walk up 4 flight of quite steep stairs to reach this little corner of “paradise” on earth. If you want a pristine house this is not for you. I ask that you respect it and treat it with love and care. It is a family home. You need to know it is quite similar to living on a boat. Very exposed to all weather conditions, such as rain, sun and wind, thus quirks and features vary much from season to season.
In the summer it can get pretty hot and during winter time, cold and humid. For such purposes we have an air-conditioner that both works with hot or cool air in the main living room. We expect to install others in each bedroom, until then we supply other home appliances to help you deal with any inconvenience. We ask for a responsible use of such devices. We are eco friendly. Do not leave them on while exiting the premises, do not open windows while machines are working, not leave them on while sleeping. Lighting up the chimney is completely forbidden.
Pets are not allowed. No smoking please in the property. No parties/loud music...We have lovely neighbours nearby… No additional guests without permission. Any damages must be paid for. Bed linen is provided as well as bathroom towels. Our wooden floors are very appreciated, so please avoid entering the house with high heels.
Terrace Garden and Rooftops
Be aware there are roof top areas which are unfenced. Young children need supervision at all times out in the terraces. The garden is rambling and could get wild so please expect leaves and certain insects flying-crawling around… do not leave any food or leftovers unattended. Neither inside or outside. As strong gusts of wind may appear unexpected, do not leave any breakable objects unattended too, specially do not leave objects on walls next to patios. They can fall and hurt someone!
Please treat the property as your home and leave it as you found it. It is not a five star hotel but a real honest family home with flaws. If you are not after a boho honest creative property which is not up to perfection then this is not for you!!!
Organic waste can be taken downstairs to the main entrance "garbage bin" after 20hrs. Glass and Plastic can be left for later recycling.
