The Garden Room - Garden Views

The Garden Room is an independent studio annex with garden views set in the heart of the historic town of Kirton In Lindsey.

Free car parking is available on the lay-by next to the property. The room has underfloor heating and is set to keep the comfortable temperature.
The room has a small mini fridge, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils.
The garden in front of the annex patio is for the guests use. There is no smoking allowed on the premises.

The studio has a double bed for two people and in case of an extra bed, suitable for one adult or two small children, we offer to make the sofa bed at an extra cost of £25 (paid cash at the property).

The property is walking distance to the town centre, shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. WiFi is available.

We will do our best to make sure your stay is very comfortable and will be available at anytime you require any help or support. Our code of conduct is “Atithi Devo Bhava “ which is a Sanskrit mantra meaning - Be one to whom guest is God. I will be available in the main house in case of any help required.

The Garden Room 2024

Die Vermieterin war zugänglich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hell, jedoch im Vergleich zu anderen englischen Ferienunterkünften recht rudimentär ausgestattet. Z. B. fehlten eine Teekanne und die in England gebräuchlichen Pressstempelkannen zur Zubereitung von Filterkaffee. Vermisst habe ich Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Kleidung (fehlende Haken) und Ablagemöglichkeiten (Regal) von Toilettenartikeln im Bad. Die kühle Atmosphäre der Unterkunft - 1 -2 Bilder an den Wänden würden hier etwas verändern - war gewöhnungsbe-dürftig. Auch wenn das Apartment mit bis zu 4 Schlafplätzen beworben wird, halte eine solche Belegung, auch wegen der weiteren fehlenden Küchenausstattung (Geschirr etc.), nicht für sinnvoll. Die Anmietung ist wohl mehr für Personen gedacht, die sich eher weniger in der FeWo aufhalten wollen. Fazit: Für den Preis der Unterkunft hätte ich mir eine bessere Ausstattung und Atmosphäre gewünscht (Stichwort: Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis).
