Accommodation is for 8 people who wish to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday in very private and secluded surroundings. The house features a spacious naya for Al fresco dining as well as a separate comfortable seating area for your Gin & Tonics, There is also a spacious poolside terrace complete with sun loungers, additional seating area.

The Villa has a swimming pool 9m x 4.5m (which is professionally maintained) access to the pool is via the roman steps in the shallow end. There is also an outside shower for use before swimming..
Adjacent to the pool we have a new outside kitchen/bar which contains the BBQ, fridges for food and drink, full power, lighting and hot and cold water and everything you will need for your outside eating from morning to night. There is also be an outside dining facility for all 8 persons to enjoy and also a pool table for all to enjoy

The Villa features a beautiful professionally maintained garden featuring Mediterranean plants and shrubs. The driveway is large enough for 3 cars in a secure electric gated area.

Inside the Villa there are 4 stunning double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen with separate utility room, a large lounge and dining area which has access to the naya.

The master suite has a king size bed and contains a separate walk in wardrobe area, an en suite complete with a toilet, shower, double sinks and bidet.

The 2nd bedroom benefits from a 2 single beds with fitted wardrobes.
The 3rd bedroom benefits from 2 single beds also with fitted wardrobes.
The 2nd bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower unit.
The 3rd bathroom contains a bath and hand held shower, the sink area has plenty of space for all your toiletries.

The 4th bedroom contains a king size bed with fitted wardrobes, the en-suite bathroom contained a wall in rain shower, sink and toilet



The open plan lounge/dining room is bright and comfortable it has a dining table for 6 people, log burner, 2 sofas and a coffee table.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you’d expect to find at home. The kitchen leads out to a separate utility room where you can find a washing machine, tumble drier, sink, worktop space, cupboards and a further fridge, the utility room has access to the garden area where you will find a rotary clothes drier.

The Villa has a modern feel and is well decorated throughout, it is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. Installations include WiFi, 42” t.v with satellite t.v (U.K), Xbox 1 with 2 controllers and several games. C.d player (with over 100 c.d s to choose from), air conditioning in lounge and all bedrooms. In addition all rooms are fitted with high velocity ceiling fans.

The Villa is the perfect location to spend quality time with family and friends.

Within a 5 minutes drive the popular Granadella beach, La Barraca cove, the Cap de la
Nao lighthouse and cliffs and some fantastic hiking trails. Within a 5 minute drive you will find the popular Playa de L’Arenal, which is a beautiful wide sandy bay with a safe and clean beach., volley ball courts, children’s play area and various water sports. The main attraction here is the large pedestrian area complete with shops, bars and some fantastic restaurants. During the summer months the promenade has street performers, a market every evening and there is also a big screen put up on the beach showing different movies
