Apartment in a small building, completely renovated (completion of work May 2019); completely new furnishings, air conditioning, wi-fi, LCD TV. Located in the center of Alghero, a few meters from the sea and the historic "promenade" of Lungomare Dante. Not more than 300 meters away from the wonderful historic center of Alghero, 2 km from the beach of the lido. In the area there are all the primary services, restaurants, bars, civic market, cinema, bowling, Cristoforo Colombo bastions, kiosks on the sea, markets.
