Casa Giberta is a typical country house from the first Ligurian hinterland.
The furniture is sober but the house is equipped with all the necessary amenities that make it an ideal location for families or small groups.
It is located on a hill, in the hamlet of Sanguineto in the municipality of Chiavari and is easily accessible from the motorway exit (Chiavari exit), from which it is about 3 km away.
The house is inside a farm owned, consisting of terraced strips cultivated with olive groves, orchards and a vegetable garden, and is surrounded by a flowery and well-kept garden.
The extraordinary panoramic view of the Gulf of Tigullio is of undoubted charm.
The two large external terraces of the house, one on the back and in direct communication with the kitchen through a French door, and the other on the south front side with sea view, are furnished with deck chairs, dining tables, barbecue and offer the possibility of outdoor activities.
The house is composed of:
-) 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with single bunk beds, each complete with wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and armchair;
-) 1 bathroom with tub / shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine;
 -) 1 entrance / living room, which can be accessed from the south side of the house, with 2-seater sofa bed, table with chairs, large wardrobe, cable TV and bookcase;
-) 1 kitchen, with table, chairs, sink, wardrobe, sideboard, 4-burner gas stove and wood-burning stove;
-) 1 large pantry for storage use.
The home heating is autonomous, with natural gas boiler that produces hot water and that feeds the radiant elements of the house.
A WIFI internet signal is available free of charge for the guests of the house.
The private access road leads to a private parking which can accommodate 2 large cars, from which you can directly access the house, going up two short flights of stairs.
The house is located in an ideal position to serve as a base for excursions throughout eastern and western Liguria, both in the well-known seaside resorts of the coast and Tigullio and in the less publicized but always splendid Ligurian hinterland.
The presence of the highway in the valley bottom creates a background noise due to vehicular traffic, which turns out to be variable at different times of the day.
