Fully equipped, with two bedrooms. kitchen and living room, with garden equipped with barbecue ,. You can directly access the forest and the romantic stream below. Comfortable for four to six guests. The owners live on site and will be available to welcome guests and make sure their stay is as good as possible.

A beautiful apartment at a stunning location. Very welcoming and kind owners. The property has a gorgeous terrace garden in a very green and quiet environment. It is fully equipped and very clean. Fresh eggs from the chickens, fresh vegetables from the garden en the best tasting tomatoes we´ve ever had. Even a little swimming pool, perfect for cooling off.

lovely relaxing place

This property was ideal for 2 adults & 2 children. It is very peaceful, since it is up in the hills, away from the tourist areas around the peninsula but all are within easy reach if you have a car (tip, if you are getting a hire car, get the smallest one you can cope with because of the parking in the towns and the very narrow road up the hill from the property to Ruta). Lovely view down the valley from the terrace. Sepideh was very helpful both before and during our stay.

This is a very lovely house, we were lucky during our stay the whether was nice so we spent almost all of our times in the garden. The view was very nice birds were very generous to share their songs with us. You will definately have unforgatteble Italian rural experience eventough Rapallo is very close the house by car. Do not hesitate to ask anything to the owners of the house. They are very lovely and helpfull. Even we had a car with us they take us to Rapallo to join the boat tour and willing to come and pick us and save us to look for a parking lot. The house was very clean, has every need to spend a perfect holiday. We recommend the house anyone who would like to spent their holidays in the nature silently to listen to the forest. La location è molto rilassante, fuori dal caos ma allo stesso tempo a dieci minuti si arriva al mare, casa molto curata e non manca nulla anche se si vuole restare in tranquillità nel giardino davanti alla casa. I proprietari mai invadenti, cordiali, molto gentili e ci hanno accolto con le uova delle proprie galline. Grazie per averci ospitato. Fam. Rossi

Reposant, propre, bien équipé

Un peu de mal à trouver (la propriété est plus accessible depuis Rapallo que de Camogli), mais la propriétaire est venue à notre rencontre pour nous ouvrir le chemin. Superbe accueil, simple et chaleureux. Des oeufs de la production très locale ont été offerts. Un chien et des oies complètent le parc animalier, mais ne se promènent pas dans le jardin dédié aux visiteurs. Excellente communication avec Sepideh. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter.

Location plaisante

Location conforme à la description sur le site. Convient parfaitement pour 4 personnes. Bien localisé : dans un endroit calme très vert et reposant où il est facile de se garer tout en restant pas très loin de la côte (où il est beaucoup plus difficile de se garer !) et des commerces. C'est avec plaisir que nous avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur sous la tonnelle ombragée avec vu sur le jardin et les arbres. La location, située au 1er niveau de la maison (maison construite dans une pente : 2nde location et propriétaires au dessus mais chacun avec son espace), est bien équipée que ce soit pour la partie cuisine où la partie chambre. Salle d'eau propre et spacieuse et bon débit d'eau pour la douche. Tout est fait pour que rien ne manque (1 drap de bain et 1 serviette par personnes, produits de douche, ...). Accès direct sur l'extérieur avec grand espace vert où il y a toujours moyen de trouver un espace à l'ombre. Nous avons été bien accueillis et avons apprécié les œufs frais qui nous ont été offerts.

Prachtige locatie en een heel fijn huis

Het huis en de omgeving is een oase van rust. Het ligt heerlijk in de natuur maar toch kan je in een korte tijd in een dorpje zijn. Het huis is keurig schoon en compleet qua inventaris van ventilatoren tot aan een kurkentrekker. De eigenaresse en eigenaar zijn ontzettend vriendelijke mensen. Heel gastvrij en wat erg prettig is is dat de eigenaresse heel snel reageert op vragen die wij per mail stelden voordat we in Italie waren. Toen we het huis bij aankomst niet konden vinden was de eigenaresse zo lief om ons in het stadje ophalen. Een echte aanrader deze omgeving om tot rust te komen. En als laatst wil ik nog zeggen dat we de heerlijke verse eieren missen die de kippen leggen.

Entspannung pur in wunderschöner Natur

Das Haus liegt ca. 5 km von Rapallo Zentrum umgeben von Wald und einem Bach. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist die wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Im Garten haben wir jeden Tag unser Frühstück genossen. Unsere Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Aufgrund der etwas abgelegenen Lage ist ein Auto notwendig (obwohl wir einen Tag den Hin- und Retourweg nach und von Rapallo zu Fuß gegangen sind). Unsere Ausflüge haben wir mit der Bahn bzw. dem Ausflugsboot unternommen und haben am Parklplatz hinter dem Bahnhof geparkt (Tagesgebühr € 10,00). Dieses Quartier ist ideal für alle, die zwar gerne den Trubel in Rapallo und Umgebung genießen, aber die Ruhe und die Natur und ruhige Nächte zu schätzen wissen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Tranquil Retreat

We had a bit of trouble finding the house - but that was our lack of navigational skills -- the directions were perfect! Sepideh was able to secure reservations at a lovely restaurant close by and we had a fabulous dinner. We even had fresh eggs from the farm delivered to the door! Kitchen was well appointed and we cooked dinner one evening.

Douceur calme et volupté

L'endroit est idéal pour visiter cette magnifique région qu'est la Ligurie. Les propriétaires sont ADORABLES! Le gîtes est très mignon avec tout ce qu'il faut,tres propre et confortable. Un autre super avantage,c'est que l'on peut se garer devant la maison sans risque,c'est super calme ,et pourtant à 5 minutes du centre de Rappallo qui est une très jolie et agréable petite ville. Sehr idyllische Unterkunft in mitten der Natur

3 Jahre alte Wohnung, sehr toll aufgebaut und großzügige Gartenanlage. Tiere wie Gänse, Hühner etc. in kleiner Anzahl leben dort in mitten von Weinreben, Aprikosenbäumen und Olivenbäumen...etwas für Naturfreunde, die es sehr ruhig und idyllisch haben möchten. Etwas weg vom Ort, Rapallo mit allen Geschäften und Stränden liegt ca. 10 Minuten entfernt -- Auto zwingend erforderlich. Nette Gastgeber !

A great place to stay to explore the peninsula and beyond. Quiet situation, well appointed flat.

We enjoyed staying here and exploring the Portofino peninsula, Rapallo and Genova. Easy to reach by car but very quiet surroundings. Sepideh is very friendly and helpful. We recommend this place. Schoene, ruhige Wohnung mit grossem Garten zum verweilen. Sehr hilfsbereite Besitzer. Wuerde wieder gehen.

Séjour agréable

Accueil chaleureux, situation au calme pas loin des lieux à visiter, comme Camogli ou Portofino, propreté parfaite, bel appartement confortable. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de la terrasse vu le coup de froid (exceptionnel pour cette région). Le seul problème a été de trouver l'entrée de la route qui y mène. Le GPS n'est d'aucune utilité (et même trompeur). Heureusement que nous avons rencontré des gens très sympa qui nous ont donné le repère essentiel : la petite route qui mène vers 2 restaurants : d'abord "La Vedetta", mais il faut tourner à droite quand on voit le panneau qui l'indique, et le "Molino Vecchio" qu'on voit sur la gauche de la route, il faut continuer encore 1km. Un autre repère, c'est le "campo do tiro" qui est indiqué sur un panneau à l'entrée de la route. Ne pas chercher à rejoindre Camogli par cette route, elle devient très étroite plus haut.

Appartement grand et très agréable avec le grand jardin privé, bien équipé , au calme, à mi-chemin de Gênes et des 5 terres et près de Portofino et autres jolies villes de bord de mer. Propriétaires très sympa !

Delizioso week end

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend in questa accogliente casa immersa nel verde della collina Ligure. L'appartamento è di nuova costruzione, spazioso e molto luminoso. Anche lo spazio esterno e' molto godibile, si puo' mangiare all'aperto o semplicemente stare sdraiati ad amminare le bellezze della natura. Consigliatissimo anche per famiglie con bambini che possono correre liberamente nel prato e vivere all'aperto. Squisita la disponibilita' e la gentilezza dei proprietari che ci hanno accolto calorosamente. Assolutamente da consigliare!!!

Soggiorno favoloso

Ottimo alloggio, nuovissimo e molto funzionale. Molto bella la cucina, tutta in mattonelle. La casa permette il massimo relax a contatto con la natura, nella quiete assoluta. Il giardino è delizioso e curatissimo. Siamo stati benissimo, anche grazie ai proprietari veramente ospitali. La posizione è comodissima per le mete più ambite del Tigullio.MI sento di poterlo raccomandare assolutamente
