It is an independent house. .with independent entrance: it is an open space loft with bathroom, washing machine and shower. The kitchen is complete and in masonry with an integrated barbecue, fridge, large oven and dishwasher. Complete double bedroom and a very comfortable sofa bed. I can accommodate 4 people at a time, a very large table, television and then a barbecue outside. On the day of check-in you will find a splendid welcome gift: a bottle of prosecco and a basket of fresh fruit. Inside the pantry you will find biscuits, milk, coffee, sugar, pasta and water
