Newly built holiday home, class A ++. 5 minutes from the nearby town of Nulvi and 10 minutes by car from the village of Castelsardo. Located on the hills overlooking the north Sardinian coast, a breathtaking view. A very comfortable rural house, equipped with all comforts. Private swimming pool, washing machine, air conditioning, beach towels, barbecue, hairdryer, iron with ironing board. We offer a relaxing holiday, or alternatively the possibility of carrying out various activities. From Stand Up paddle courses, to surfing, for beginners and not. Archaeological excursions, canoe ascent of the river, bicycles to visit the district along old dirt roads, and lots of peace.

Ein kleines Paradies! Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Und noch fast neu. Baldassare ist ein toller Gastgeber! Das Haus liegt in völliger Einzellage: Ruhe und Erholung pur! Und zum Meer ist es auch nicht weit. Toll!Wenn ich noch mehr Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es tun. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

La struttura è situata in un piccolo angolo di paradiso dove regna il silenzio e la tranquillità. Il proprietario Baldassarre è una persona molto gentile e alla mano che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Viene messo a disposizione ogni genere di servizio, perfino le cose che potrebbero risultare un plus ma che alla fine sono dettagli che fanno la differenza. Consigliatissimo!! Sicuramente noi ci torneremo!!

Urlaub mit Baby
Das Haus und der Checkin waren echt super. Für unser Baby wurde ein Babybett, ein Baby Hochstuhl und ein Windeleimer bereitgestellt.
Die Unterkunft war sauber und es hat alles funktioniert.
Die Lage ist abgelegen, aber benötigt definitiv ein Fahrzeug. Lange Spaziergänge direkt von der Unterkunft mit dem Kinderwagen sind dort nicht möglich.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Si vous cherchez un endroit au calme avec la sensation d être seul au monde, c est pour vous ! Bien situé avec le village à côté, 5min en voiture, et la mer à 10 minutes en. Propre, bien équipé, confortable et proprio tres sympa, bonne communication !

Der Aufenthalt war super! Baldassare erklärte uns das Haus trotz Ankunft um 01 Uhr nachts! Generell war Baldassare immer hilfsbereit und sehr nett! Die Unterkunft war sauber und modern, der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Auch Hunde sind erlaubt! Beim nächsten Sardinien-Urlaub sind wir sicher auch wieder hier :-)

Für Ruhesuchende sehr gut geeignet
Wer im Urlaub seine Ruhe haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Das Meer ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10-15 Min. erreichbar. Der Vermieter Baldassarre ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Einfach ein Traum
Sehr schön mühevoll eingerichtetes kleines Haus mit Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen, alles was für den Aufenthalt in Nulvi benötigt ist in max. 10min Autofahrt erreichbar. Sehr schöne Lage und super ausgestattetes Haus mit kleinem Pool und Klimaanlage. Baldassare der Vermieter war und ist immer sehr zuvorkommend und für alle Fragen erreichbar und offen. Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt für 3 Wochen, hier kann man einfach den ganzen Sommer genießen. Von 1 bis 10 Sterne, unbedingt 10 Sterne Plus.
