A beautiful villa with its own private swimming pool (20m2) in a relaxed, authentic and very green Turkish mountain village 15 minutes from Fethiye and many bays. The villa was recently built (2015), modern and brightly decorated, spacious terrace, large under garden with many fruit trees, spacious rooms, two bathrooms and three balconies with unobstructed views. Everything you need about furniture, cutlery, linen e. d. is present and is updated periodically. Easy to live with a family of up to 6 people. Offers every comfort for a wonderful stay. Located 5 minutes from the village center on a slope in a neat and safe residential area in a wooded area with fantastic views of the entire Uzumlu valley and surrounding mountains. The entire villa is walled in with natural stone and many trees (fruit trees, lemon trees, olive trees etc.). There is no view of the pool from the neighbors or street, complete privacy. Enjoy the tranquility, crickets, birds, a delicious siesta and the setting sun from the swimming pool or balcony
