DELFINES II is a modern low-rise residential complex (without lift) with extensive common areas, community tennis court, underground parking, and a swimming pool with a children's pool. Located in the Southern area of Xeraco beach, 120 metres from the sand. Adjacent to a wide landscaped pedestrian walkway leading to a children's playground and sports area.



This apartment offers three double bedrooms, one full bathroom, a shower-toilet, spacious kitchen with gallery, living-dining room with access to a large terrace, which has views of the pool and its surroundings. Includes a parking space.



The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels. It also includes everything necessary for cooking and setting the table. A pressure cooker, blender, or electric toaster are not standard; therefore, if any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!



Capacity for 6/7 people.



Upon key collection, a deposit of €150 must be paid to cover potential damages or key loss. This will be returned upon key return after apartment inspection.



Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).



Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.

YOUNG GROUPS (UNDER THIRTY YEARS OLD) ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

COLLECTION AT C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLSTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH from 1:00 PM. Apartment departure and key return in our offices before 10:00 AM.



Pets allowed upon request, cost of €7/day (maximum weight 10kg).

Includes fortnightly bed linen change.



Apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products.



A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!
