XERACSOL I and II are located on the first line of the beach, with a marvellous view of the sea and Levante square (a square with a garden and swings), situated in the central-southern area of Xeraco beach in a quiet zone and close to restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. It has a beautiful communal swimming pool.
Large 100 m2 apartment on the fifth floor, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with laundry area, spacious living-dining room with access to an enormous front terrace facing the sea. From any point of the living-dining room and obviously from the terrace, there are spectacular views. Includes a covered parking space.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of 150 € that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.

Xeracsol I 5ºD Apartamento Xeraco
Trato del personal de SERVIPLAYA inmejorable atentos en todo momento, atención excelente, apartamento amplio con excelente ubicación a pocos metros de la playa con inmejorables vistas.
Excelente apartamento pero mantenimiento y reforma del mismo podría ser mejorable.

Lo mejor la situación pero…
La situación. Inmejorable, terraza da a la playa, y se escucha perfectamente el mar. Maravilloso ruido blanco
El apartamento es muy viejo, necesita una reforma urgente, además el termo es muy pequeño, hemos ido con dos niñas pequeñas y la verdad ha sido un poco justo. El microondas estaba roto, funcionaba pero se recalentaba, los enchufes dan chispazos y la tv apenas duro encendida 1 hora. Además en la terraza hay un hueco que , aún estando tapado con una especie de macetero y es difícil de quitar , puede ser un peligro pues cabe un niño pequeño perfectamente.
Muebles muy viejos, las cortinas de los baños con moho y olían bastante mal, la lavadora muy sucia, y azulejos rotos en los baños que pueden provocar cortes en niños pues tocan todo.
